摘要:應(yīng)用5%烯唑醇微乳劑防治香蕉褐緣灰斑病(Cercospora musae)。田間試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,5%烯唑醇微乳劑對(duì)香蕉褐緣灰斑病有良好的防治效果,田間使用該藥劑600~800倍稀釋液7 d后的防效為64.81%~68.33%,與對(duì)照藥劑25%烯唑醇乳油2 000倍稀釋液的防效(69.15%)相當(dāng)。試驗(yàn)期間未發(fā)現(xiàn)該藥劑在供試劑量下對(duì)香蕉產(chǎn)生藥害。

The Efficacy of Diniconazole 5% ME against Cercospora musae of Banana
under Field Conditions

Abstract: Field test of Diniconazole 5% ME to Cercospora musae of banana was conducted. The results showed that control efficacy of Diniconazole 5% ME,(600-800 times diluted) reached 64.81%-68.33% after 7 days, which was equivalent to that of 25% Diniconazole EC (2 000 times diluted). And there was no phyto-toxicity during the trial period. So it is worth taking expansion application.

香蕉葉斑病主要包括灰斑病(Cordana musae)、煤紋病(Helminthosporiun torulosum)、褐緣灰斑病(Cercospora musae)、炭疽病(Colletotrichum musae)、長(zhǎng)形斑病(Curvularia fallax)、大灰斑病(Curvularia lunata)、 葉緣枯斑病(Alternaria musae)等。這些病害可引起蕉葉干枯,造成葉片光合作用面積減少,導(dǎo)致植株早衰,影響果實(shí)發(fā)育充實(shí),嚴(yán)重時(shí)甚至絕收,是香蕉生產(chǎn)中最為嚴(yán)重的、具有毀滅性的病害之一[1]。
烯唑醇為三唑類殺菌劑,屬于低毒農(nóng)藥,其作用機(jī)理主要為通過(guò)抑制麥角甾醇的生物合成而干擾病菌的正常生長(zhǎng),對(duì)植物病原菌的孢子形成有強(qiáng)烈的抑制作用,用于防治水果、蔬菜、谷類作物等的細(xì)菌病害[2]。為了明確烯唑醇微乳劑對(duì)香蕉褐緣灰斑病的防治效果,筆者進(jìn)行了5%烯唑醇微乳劑(以下簡(jiǎn)寫為5%烯唑醇ME)田間藥效試驗(yàn),現(xiàn)將試驗(yàn)結(jié)果報(bào)道如下。
1材料與方法
1.1試驗(yàn)材料
供試藥劑:5%烯唑醇ME(安陽(yáng)市安林生物化工有限責(zé)任公司);25%烯唑醇乳油(廣東省珠海真綠色技術(shù)有限公司,下稱25%烯唑醇EC);供試作物:香蕉(品種為巴西蕉);防治對(duì)象:褐緣灰斑病(以下統(tǒng)稱為香蕉葉斑病)。
1.2試驗(yàn)方法
試驗(yàn)地條件:藥效試驗(yàn)田塊相連,屬同一香蕉園,試驗(yàn)地為紅壤土,地勢(shì)為坡地,保水保肥性較好,肥水管理正常,植株長(zhǎng)勢(shì)和田間管理等基本一致,香蕉株高3.0~3.5 m,田間葉斑病初發(fā)為害。……
