摘要:通過索氏脂肪抽提裝置與纖維油脂快速抽出器對洗凈山羊絨含脂率測定結果的比較發現,兩種儀器測試結果差異不顯著(P>0.05),證實了纖維油脂快速抽出器對洗凈山羊絨含脂率測定結果的可靠性,纖維油脂快速抽出器可滿足現行標準測試要求。

Comparison of Two Different Analytical Methods for Determination of Fat in Washed Cashmere

Abstract: After compared fat content of washed cashmere determined by Soxhlet fat extraction unit and quick fiber grease extractor, the results revealed that the two instruments were not significant different(P>0.05), and the reliability could be ensured by the quick fiber grease extractor unit, which also could meet the current determination requirements.

羊毛中的油脂是由脂腺分泌的脂臘和汁腺分泌的汗質兩個部分組成的,主要起保護毛纖維的作用。在羊毛生長過程中,皮脂腺和汗腺經常有油脂和汗液分泌在毛纖維上,這兩種分泌物就是通常所說的油汗,其中的油脂能潤澤毛纖維,有助于毛纖維的相互結合,減少外來雜質混入其中。油汗具有粘性,存附在毛纖維表面有粘附和潤滑作用,并使纖維聯合成密集的毛束,減少外界雜質的侵入。一般地講,綿羊中細毛羊含脂率最高,通常都在30%~40%,半細毛羊含脂率不超過20%,粗毛羊含脂量只有5%~10%。而山羊絨毛含脂率更低(0.31%~3.56%)。但含脂率的高低也是影響山羊絨的品質的重要原因之一。因此,絨和羊毛纖維在脫脂前的含脂率越高,絨、毛品質也就越好。目前羊毛、羊絨中油脂含量的測定仍以索氏脂肪抽提法為主,該方法不但耗時(通常浸提需要6~8 h),而且損耗大量的試劑、水電等。本試驗旨在通過比較分析索氏脂肪抽提裝置與纖維油脂快速抽出器兩種不同儀器測定洗凈山羊絨中油脂含量,確定纖維油脂快速抽出器對洗凈山羊絨含脂率測定結果的可靠性,以供實驗參考?!?br>
