摘要:農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣是農(nóng)業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)實(shí)生產(chǎn)力的橋梁和紐帶。在對(duì)大邑縣食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用對(duì)比分析、描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)等方法分析了影響大邑縣食用菌安全供給的因素,論述了農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣3種創(chuàng)新模式:“政府+企業(yè)”、“政府+高校+企業(yè)”、“企業(yè)+協(xié)會(huì)+農(nóng)戶”對(duì)大邑縣食用菌安全供給的影響,并提出了相關(guān)的政策建議。

Influence of Agricultural Technology Extension Pattern’s Innovation on Safe Supply of Agricultural Products
——A Case Study on Edible Fungi in Dayi County of Chengdu

Abstract: Agricultural technology extension is the bridge and link which can make the agricultural science and technology achievements transform into real productivity. Based on the research of edible fungi industry in Dayi county, factors affecting the safe supply of edible fungi were analyzed by using the methods of comparative analysis and descriptive statistics. Effects of three agricultural technology extension patterns such as “government + enterprise”, “government + university + enterprise” and “enterprise + association + farmer” on edible fungi’s safe supply in Dayi county were discussed. Policy suggestions were also put forward.

隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和國(guó)民生活水平的提高,人們對(duì)食品的需求不再以溫飽為首要條件,更多的是考慮食品安全以及營(yíng)養(yǎng)要素合理搭配[1]。食用菌是人們?nèi)粘I钪袛z取蛋白質(zhì)的重要來(lái)源之一。目前,食用菌新栽培的種類和深加工產(chǎn)品不斷地出現(xiàn),產(chǎn)量不斷地增加,出口的前景廣闊,創(chuàng)匯金額不斷提高[2]。因此,食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康、良好發(fā)展,對(duì)食用菌質(zhì)量和數(shù)量的安全供給有著重要的作用。而食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,離不開農(nóng)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新,農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣體系作為農(nóng)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)食用菌的發(fā)展起著重要作用。農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣是農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的基礎(chǔ),是農(nóng)業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)實(shí)生產(chǎn)力的橋梁和紐帶,是維持農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。而農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣模式的創(chuàng)新是推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣前進(jìn)的動(dòng)力。鑒于此,本研究試圖研究農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣模式創(chuàng)新對(duì)食用菌數(shù)量安全供給的影響。
