摘要:以不同pH溶液、不同濃度的葡萄糖和Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+ 4種不同濃度金屬離子及河水、曝氣自來水、去離子水、蒸餾水4種水體作為授精激活介質,探討大眼鱖(Siniperca kneri)精子在不同激活液中的活力變化。結果表明,pH為8.0時精子活力最強。大眼鱖精子的活力受葡萄糖、Na+、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+濃度的影響,葡萄糖濃度為1.5 g/L時精子活力最強,Na+、K+、Mg2+和Ca2+溶液濃度分別為75、0.9、15和10 mmol/L時精子活力最強。4種水體中精子活力由強到弱的順序依次為蒸餾水、去離子水、曝氣自來水和河水。

Effects of Activating Media on the Sperm Motility of Siniperca kneri

Abstract: The sperm motility of Siniperca kneri were investigated in 4 different solutions and of the river water, the tap water, the deionized water and distilled water, different solutions and waters, including different pH, different concentration of glucose, Na+,K+,Ca2+ and Mg2+. The results showed that the highest sperm motility was appeared in pH 8.0; The sperm motility of Siniperca kneri was affected by the glucose and the concentrations of Na+,K+,Mg2+,Ca2+, the highest sperm motility occurred when the concentration of glucose is 1.5 g/L; The highest sperm motility was appeared when the concentrations of Na+,K+,Mg2+,Ca2+were 75,0.9,15 and 10 mmol/L respectively. The sperm motility in the distilled water, the deionized water, the tap water and the river water showed a trend from strong to weak.

大眼鱖(Siniperca kneri)隸屬于鱸形目鱸亞目鮨科,地方名母豬殼、桂花魚、刺薄魚等,廣泛分布于長江及黃河流域,是嘉陵江和沱江的主要經濟魚類之一,亦是深受人們喜愛的淡水珍貴食用魚類之一。對大眼鱖的胚胎發育和早期生活習性等已有一些研究[1-3],而對其精子活力的研究尚未見報道。由于金屬離子、滲透壓、溫度、pH和單糖等均可以影響魚類的精子活力和受精率[4-7],因此在魚類人工繁殖中常采用不同溶液作為授精和激活介質以提高受精率。本實驗通過研究pH、葡萄糖和Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+ 4種金屬離子及河水、曝氣自來水、去離子水、蒸餾水4種水體對大眼鱖精子活力的影響,探討大眼鱖精子在不同激活液中的活力變化,以期為大眼鱖人工繁殖中最佳授精激活介質的選擇提供理論依據。
