


摘要:對四川盆地宜栽的三系和兩系甘藍型雜交油菜(Brassica napus L.)的產量構成因素及其與單株產量的相關性進行了分析和比較。結果表明,單株有效角果數、每角粒數對單株產量在兩類材料中均呈極顯著正相關,但貢獻大小在兩類材料中不同;在三系中,每角粒數>單株有效角果數>千粒重;在兩系中,單株有效角果數>每角粒數>千粒重。千粒重對單株產量在三系中呈負相關,但不顯著,在兩系中呈顯著正相關。

Yield Components of Three-line and Two-line Brassica napus L. and Their Relationship with Yield

Abstract: Correlation analysis and path analysis was conducted to study the yield components and their relationship with yield of three line and two line Brassica napus L. able to be cultivated in Sichuan Basin. As a result, significant positive correlation was revealed between effective pod number per plant and yield per plant, seed number per pod and yield per plant in both two materials with different contribution size. The order of contribution size in three-line rape was seed number per pod> effective pod number per plant>1 000-grain weight; while in two-line rape was effective pod number per plant>seed number per pod> 1 000-grain weight. The correlation between 1 000-grain weight and yield per plant was insignificantly negative in three-line rape while significantly positive in two-line rape.

油菜作為我國主要的食用油來源之一,在農作物生產中占據著重要地位。在品質育種成為第一話題的今天,提高產量仍是油菜育種的主要目標,而目前雜種優勢利用是除常規方法外最能有效提高油菜產量的方法。油菜產量的遺傳力較低,雜種早代選擇可靠性較差,但可通過篩選與油菜產量關系密切的其他農藝性狀進行間接選擇來提高油菜育種效率[1]。油菜產量主要由全株有效角果數、每角粒數和粒重3個因素構成,每個因素的變化對單株產量的影響都很大。對油菜的各產量性狀及農藝性狀的相互關系雖已有一些研究報道[2-6],但由于試驗條件或分析問題的角度不同,對產量與性狀之間關系研究的結果也有一定的差異。本研究以四川盆地廣泛栽培的甘藍型雜交油菜為依據,比較了兩系與三系雜交油菜之間在產量構成因素上的異同,指出了進一步改良的方向,以期為今后提高甘藍型油菜的產量提供參考。……
