摘要:設(shè)計(jì)了基于單片機(jī)的禽蛋抓取控制系統(tǒng)的步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制技術(shù),運(yùn)用PID控制技術(shù)對步進(jìn)電機(jī)進(jìn)行了算法設(shè)計(jì),將PID與模糊控制相結(jié)合組成模糊PID控制,基于MATLAB建立了仿真模型并對其仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,利用單片機(jī)測控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究。

Study on the Step Motor for Egg-grasping Measurement and Control System based on Fuzzy-PID

Abstract: Stepper motor control technology of egg-grasping control system was designed based on single chip control unit. The control algorithm of PID control technology was also designed and fuzzy-PID control system was developed based on the traditional PID control system. The simulation model was established based on MATLAB and its simulation results were analyzed. Finally, test study was carried on based on the single chip control unit.

目前,國內(nèi)主要依靠人工在燈光下觀察或通過有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的工人敲擊禽蛋聽蛋殼發(fā)出的聲音等方法識別、去除破損禽蛋。隨著禽蛋加工業(yè)的發(fā)展,禽蛋生產(chǎn)規(guī)模化及市場化不斷加強(qiáng),外貿(mào)出口不斷擴(kuò)大,人工分揀方法顯然已經(jīng)不能滿足需要。在國外已實(shí)現(xiàn)了禽蛋自動化的檢測、分級和包裝生產(chǎn)線,其效率和產(chǎn)量達(dá)到了較高的水平。在我國發(fā)展自動化的檢測、分級和包裝操作設(shè)備,實(shí)現(xiàn)自動化、規(guī)模化的生產(chǎn),可以降低工人的工作強(qiáng)度,改善工作環(huán)境,降低成本,提高禽蛋的質(zhì)量,有利于提高我國產(chǎn)品出口的競爭力。
以禽蛋在無損檢測時的自動化抓取作為研究目標(biāo),探索利用機(jī)器人技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)自動化的禽蛋檢測操作。在已建立的單片機(jī)抓取控制系統(tǒng)上[1]對步進(jìn)電機(jī)進(jìn)行控制以實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化、自動化,為禽蛋的自動檢測和分級提供快捷簡便的操作平臺。
1系統(tǒng)硬件優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)
文獻(xiàn)[1]對禽蛋抓取控制系統(tǒng)的硬件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),為了使系統(tǒng)進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化,先對接近開關(guān)的電路和電磁閥控制電路進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。
