






摘要:為了實現沼渣的無害化處理和資源化利用,試驗在沼渣污泥混合物中按一定比例加入切碎的稻草進行混合堆肥發酵,該混合物初始含水率分別設置為55%、60%、70% 3個水平,對3堆堆肥在堆肥過程中進行溫度、含水率、有機質等指標的測定和分析,以期找到適合高效處理堆肥過程的最佳控制因素及水平。對堆肥過程研究分析發現:3堆堆肥發酵到一定階段時,將其含水率調節至70%后,相應指標參數發生了一系列明顯變化,表明堆肥過程中適當補充水分能夠加速堆肥的進程。

Effects of Different Initial Moisture Content on the Composting Process of Biogas Residue and Straw

Abstract: To realize harmless treatment and resourceful utilization of biogas residue, minced straw was mixed with biogas residue at a certain proportion for fermentation. The initial water content in the mixture was set as 50%, 60% and 70%; the temperature, water content and organic content of the three pile of mixture during fermentation was detected and analyzed to find a proper condition for high efficient process of piled compost. The result showed that if adjust the water content of compost to 70% during certain stage of fermentation, some indices would change remarkably, indicating that supplement of water during composting would accelerate the process.

隨著大型集約化養殖場的產生,禽畜糞便的排放量過于集中,遠遠超過了環境的承受能力[1,2]。目前的技術手段對沼渣沼液等廢棄物利用率不高[3,4],要實現畜牧業的可持續發展,必須對畜禽糞便采取無害化處理和資源化利用,從而實現畜牧生產與環境的協調發展。將沼渣與秸稈混合進行好氧發酵處理[5,6],用堆肥化技術制成有機肥,這樣不僅處理了畜禽廢棄物,也解決了農戶大量稻谷秸稈資源浪費的問題,還能創造一定的經濟效益[2-4]。本試驗通過研究沼渣與稻草混合好氧堆肥的過程,擬找出適合好氧堆肥的最佳因素水平,尋求一種便捷、迅速、有效的處理工藝,從而為大中型農場的廢棄物處理提供一定的理論依據,旨在通過對比分析各參數找出初始含水率對沼渣和秸稈好氧堆肥過程的影響[7-10]。……
