超聲電解下超細銅粉粒度特性研究*

超細銅粉是指粒徑介于10-9~10-5m的微小銅粒子,它具有導電導熱性能好、粒徑小、耐腐蝕、表面光潔、流動性強等特點,在力學、電學、化學和電極材料的制造等領域有許多特異性能和極大的潛在應用價值。在室溫下探討了電流密度、溶液濃度、超聲頻率以及時間對超細銅粉粒度分布的影響規律,采用掃描電鏡對超細銅粉做了物相分析。結果表明:隨著電流密度和超聲頻率的增大,超細銅粉的粒度變小;超聲時間對超細銅粉粒度影響不大;但隨著電解溶液濃度的增大,超細銅粉的最終粒度也變大,不利于超細銅粉生成。

Abstract:Superfine copper powder is a kind of micro copper particle whose particle size is between 10-9~10-5m,it has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity,small particle size,resistance to rust,clean surface,better fluidity,therefore,it has great value in the application of mechanics,electrology,chemistry and preparation of electrode materials,etc.At room temperature,the effects of current density,solution concentration,ultrasonic frequency and time on the superfine copper powder particle size distribution are discussed,and the phase analysis of superfine copper powder is carried out with using scanning electron microscopy.The results show that with the current density and ultrasonic frequency increase,the superfine copper powder particle size is becoming smaller;the ultrasonic time has little effect on the granularity;but as the solution concentration increases,the final powder particle size have changed,it is not conducive to produce superfine copper powder.

提高生產效率,降低生產成本,是我國制造業在企業升級轉型過程中所面臨的重大課題。通過技術創新、技術引進提高傳統產業生產效率、降低能耗,提升企業競爭力已是當務之急[1]。超細銅粉是指粒徑介于10-9~10-5m的微小銅粒子,它具有導電導熱性能好、粒徑小、耐腐蝕、表面光潔、流動性強等特點,在力學、電學、化學和電極材料的制造等領域有許多特異性能和極大的潛在應用價值[2、3]。隨著超細銅粉下游產品的快速發展,超細銅粉需求量急劇增加,因國內生產滯后,從2001年起連年以23%的速度增加進口。因此通過創新、引進提升國內電解銅粉生產效率、降低能耗與生產成本,增強企業競爭、生存能力是我國超細銅粉生產企業所面臨的機遇和挑戰。……
