以軟化點(diǎn)為參數(shù)研究再生改性瀝青的老化動(dòng)力學(xué)

通過考察老化過程中軟化點(diǎn)的變化,建立以瀝青軟化點(diǎn)為參數(shù)的老化動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,計(jì)算得到了有關(guān)動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)。實(shí)驗(yàn)以歡喜嶺AH-90瀝青為基質(zhì)瀝青,以SBS為改性劑,制備改性瀝青,采用旋轉(zhuǎn)薄膜烘箱試驗(yàn),使改性瀝青老化,然后通過摻入再生劑得到再生改性瀝青,分別測(cè)改性瀝青和再生改性瀝青的軟化點(diǎn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,廢舊SBS改性瀝青可以通過添加再生劑和調(diào)和劑的方法重新恢復(fù)到老化前的理化指標(biāo)。改性瀝青與再生改性瀝青老化均屬于一級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)反應(yīng),再生改性瀝青抗老化性能優(yōu)于改性瀝青。

Abstract:In this study,the kinetic parameters have been calculated to establish an aging dynamic model based on softening point.The theoretical value and the actual experimental data were well consistent.The modified asphalt was prepared by using Huanxiling AH-90 as base asphalt and SBS as modifier.Then rotating thin film oven test was conducted to make it aged.Regenerated modified asphalt was obtained by adding certain amount of self-made regenerant.The softening point was determined.The Test showed that waste SBS modified asphalt could be recycled by adding regenerant and blending agent to restore the same physical and chemical performances as those of before aging.The aging process of both modified asphalt and regenerated modified asphalt belonged to a first order dynamic reaction.By examining the aging activation energy,it was drawn a conclusion that the regenerated modified asphalt showed better anti-aging performance than that of modified asphalt.

瀝青路面材料可以100%的回收利用,并且可以多次重復(fù)使用,因而可以節(jié)約資源和保護(hù)環(huán)境[1]。美國于1915年開始研究瀝青路面材料再生技術(shù),并且迅速推廣應(yīng)用[2]。國內(nèi)廢舊瀝青混合料再生技術(shù)研究起步較晚,但我國逐漸增加的高等級(jí)道路瀝青路面維護(hù)量,有必要對(duì)廢舊瀝青混合料再生技術(shù)進(jìn)行深入系統(tǒng)的研究。根據(jù)瀝青四組分理論[3],廢舊SBS改性瀝青的性能下降是因?yàn)闉r青四組分的配伍性改變所致[4],而SBS改性劑并沒有發(fā)生本質(zhì)的改變,這說明廢舊SBS改性瀝青可以通過添加再生劑的方法重新改變?yōu)r青四組分的配伍性,從而達(dá)到重新利用的目的?!?br>
