膨脹型防火涂料是目前國內(nèi)外使用最廣泛的一種防火涂料，其特點是在火焰或高溫作用下，可產(chǎn)生比原涂層厚幾十甚至上百倍的不易燃的海綿狀炭質(zhì)層，有效地阻止了外部熱源的作用，同時，產(chǎn)生不燃性氣體，從而起到防火、阻燃作用，近年來逐漸成為國內(nèi)外關(guān)注的一個研究熱點。對膨脹性防火涂料的制備及阻燃機理給予綜述。

Abstract:The intumescent flameproof coating is a kind of popular flameproof coating at home and abroad,it has the ability that can rapidly expand to form a stable thicker sponginess carbonaceous layer when subject to flame or at high temperature,which can effectively retard external heat source,meanwhile,the incombustible gas is formed,so that it has the flameproof and flame retardance properties.In recent years,more and more attention has been attracted to the intumescent flameproof coating.The preparation and mechanism of intumescent flameproof coating is summarized in detail.

前 言

防火涂料是用于可燃性基材表面，能降低被涂材料表面的可燃性、阻滯火災(zāi)的迅速蔓延，用以提高被涂材料耐火極限的一種特種涂料。作為一種功能性建筑涂料，防火涂料也是由基料、顏料、填料和助劑等組成的。防火涂料一般分為非膨脹型（也稱普通防火涂料）和膨脹型（也稱發(fā)泡型）防火涂料，由于這兩種防火涂料的防火助劑和防火機理的不同，它們的應(yīng)用行業(yè)和范圍也有著較大的差別。這里對膨脹型防火涂料的研究現(xiàn)狀和阻燃機理進行簡單的歸納和總結(jié)。

1 膨脹型防火涂料的研究進展

在膨脹型防火體系的研究方面，基本上形成了P-C-N體系，防火涂料中阻燃劑的研究和應(yīng)用已經(jīng)從20世紀60年代的非膨脹型阻燃劑向膨脹型防火阻燃體系過渡，并進入了穩(wěn)步的發(fā)展階段[1]。……
