摘 要:介紹了一種自主研發的低功耗單片電子式電能表掉電監測及復位芯片ZH17X6,提出單片復位監控芯片ZH17X6在電子式電能表掉電監測以及系統復位的實際應用。并通過對比現有電子式電能表的常用電路,體現ZH17X6系列芯片在電子式電能表掉電監測以及系統復位等應用中低功耗、低成本、高集成度、高可靠性的優勢,展示出ZH17X6在電子式電能表領域廣泛的應用前景。

Power-supply Supervisory IC for Low-power Electronic Energy Meter

Abstract: A new self-developed low-powerpower supply supervisory IC--ZH17X6 is introduced, and its application in electronic energy meters is proposed. ZH17X6 series can be used for power-down monitor and system reset in the electronic energy meters. Compared with the similar circuits which are currently used in the electronic energy meters, due to the CMOS technology.ZH17X6 has the advantages of low power, low cost and robustness. A typical application circuit based on ZH17X6 for power-down monitor and system reset in the electronic energy meter is also included.

0 引 言
現代電子式電能表對系統穩定及掉電存數等有著異常嚴格的要求,掉電監測及復位電路是整個電表中最基本又極為關鍵的部分。目前國內各電能表廠家大多以MAXIM公司的MAX706、ADI公司的ADM706等類似集成電路做為掉電監測及復位電路的核心,使用該監控電路來監測系統是否掉電、監控MCU是否正常運行。但因為MAX706等在上電或掉電到4.4 V以下都有復位信號,而且復位信號輸出時間不可控制,這很可能會影響到電表的掉電監測以及存數[1]。同時電能表頻繁上、掉電,以及電源干擾信號很大時,就會引起反復復位造成電能表中數據被破壞,影響電能表的可靠正常運行。這關系到電表計量的準確性以及系統運行的穩定及可靠性。
目前眾多廠家為解決上述問題,都專門圍繞MAX706等看門狗IC增加額外的外圍電路來提高掉電監測及復位電路的穩定性和可靠性。但復雜的額外電路帶來了成本的增加,PCB布線難度的增加以及器件與焊點增多帶來的可靠性降低的風險。……
