摘 要:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,現(xiàn)有的電力電子技術(shù)實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展的要求。結(jié)合實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)改革,對(duì)研發(fā)既能體現(xiàn)新的控制技術(shù)和科研成果,又能很好地滿足關(guān)鍵知識(shí)點(diǎn)驗(yàn)證的實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目,進(jìn)行了有效的嘗試。在此主要介紹研發(fā)本實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置的背景,敘述了斬控式交流調(diào)壓電路的結(jié)構(gòu),并闡述了實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)想和設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果。

Design of Chopping AC Regulating Experimental Equipment

Abstract: With the continuous development of the electronics technology, the existing experimental devices of power electronics have been unable to meet the requirement of the modern social development. In response to the reform of experimental teaching, new experimental devices were investigated based on old experimental platform. The devices contain new control technology, new achievements in scientific research and key knowledge about power electronics. The background of developing the experiment equipment is introduced, the structure of the chopping AC regulator is explained, and the design idea and results are given.

0 引 言
《電力電子技術(shù)》是一門注重實(shí)驗(yàn)和應(yīng)用的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課程,它融電機(jī)與拖動(dòng)控制、傳感器及信號(hào)處理、計(jì)算機(jī)控制技術(shù)等多學(xué)科知識(shí)于一體,形成獨(dú)特的交叉綜合體系。電力電子技術(shù)實(shí)驗(yàn)應(yīng)包含4大基本電路和2大控制技術(shù)的基本實(shí)驗(yàn),還應(yīng)包含綜合各學(xué)科的開放型、綜合型實(shí)驗(yàn)。
青島農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)電力電子技術(shù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)驗(yàn)室始建于2002年,實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備陳舊,實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目單一,由于保護(hù)措施不夠完善,損壞率較高。而另一方面,隨著學(xué)校實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)改革的不斷深入,教師直接參與實(shí)驗(yàn)室的管理、設(shè)備維護(hù)和新實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目的研發(fā),極大地改善了實(shí)驗(yàn)室的教學(xué)和教研環(huán)境。“斬控式交流調(diào)壓實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目的研制”是該校電力電子技術(shù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的教改課題之一,目的是設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)包含PWM控制技術(shù),綜合計(jì)算機(jī)控制技術(shù)和交流調(diào)速技術(shù)的開放式實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)K。
