工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)與新型社區(qū)的創(chuàng)建

摘要:本文探討工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與城市發(fā)展的融合，工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)通過保護(hù)、更新、改造，賦予新的功能，與周圍不同性質(zhì)的城市組成部分加以整合，可以完善、提升、創(chuàng)建高品質(zhì)的新型社區(qū)，獲得可持續(xù)發(fā)展效果， 結(jié)合廣州工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的社區(qū)化轉(zhuǎn)型的幾個實(shí)例，探求城市工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與新型社區(qū)環(huán)境的創(chuàng)建改造的途徑和方法。

Abstract:The present paper discusses the integration of industrial heritage protection and urban development. By protecting， renewing and reforming， the industrial heritage has been given new functions which， integrated with different parts of the city， can perfect update and create new type of communities with high quality， and obtain a sustainable result. Based on several cases of community-based transformation of Guangzhou industrial heritage， the paper points out some ways to protect the uban industrial heritage and establish new type of community environment.

工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)曾經(jīng)擔(dān)任過重要的城市職能，對城市發(fā)展和城市空間的肌理形成有著重要的作用。在城市發(fā)展過程中，城市中原有的產(chǎn)業(yè)類用地被逐漸包圍于新的城區(qū)，其傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)功能、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和建筑與現(xiàn)代城市空間及人的生活需求不能相適應(yīng)。更新和改造這些用地及工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)，同時推進(jìn)城市空間形態(tài)的重構(gòu)，創(chuàng)建新型社區(qū)環(huán)境，具有重要的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略意義。

1 工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與社區(qū)發(fā)展的結(jié)合

工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)既要注重利用和可持續(xù)發(fā)展，發(fā)掘其在歷史、社會、科技、經(jīng)濟(jì)和審美等諸多方面的價值，又要注重賦予工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)以新的內(nèi)涵和功能，實(shí)現(xiàn)與城市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會環(huán)境的互動發(fā)展，使其與現(xiàn)代城市功能和市民生活有機(jī)結(jié)合，在提升城市價值、發(fā)展現(xiàn)代文明、改善人居環(huán)境中發(fā)揮更大的作用。工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與社區(qū)發(fā)展結(jié)合的基本指導(dǎo)思想如下:

1.1確立“整體保護(hù)”的方針政策，將工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)與利用納入城市發(fā)展的總體規(guī)劃中來，建立城市發(fā)展的整體觀，工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)改造的實(shí)踐活動也由單一的單體建筑的改造擴(kuò)展到整個社區(qū)的更新和改造，擴(kuò)展到整個城市區(qū)域。……
