廣西農業信息化與新農村建設的灰關聯分析

〔摘 要〕農業信息化是新農村建設的突破口和重要途徑。本文采用灰關聯分析法，選取合適指標對廣西農業信息化與新農村建設之間的關聯性進行實證分析，驗證了廣西農業信息化對新農村建設的積極作用，但科學研究和綜合技術服務業為農村建設方面仍然不容樂觀。

Construction of the New Socialist Countryside in GuangxiChen Xiaohua

〔Ａｂｓｔｒａｃｔ〕Agricultural informatization is a breakthrough and an important way for construction of the new socialist countryside.This paper studied empirically the relationship between agricultural informatization and construction of the new socialist countryside in Guangxi by using the grey relevant analytical methods and selecting the right indexes.It can be proved that agricultural informatization has been advancing construction of the new socialist countryside in Guangxi，but scientific research and comprehensive technical services for rural development are still not optimistic.

廣西的農業信息化起步于1997年自治區農業信息網和部分農業專業子網的建設。基于“落后源于信息貧乏，信息化是發展制高點”的理念，2000年以來，我區聚力推進農業信息化工作，發展信息農業，初步探索出西部省區農業信息化建設的有效路子。

2005年年底，十六屆五中全會把建設社會主義新農村提升為中國現代化進程中的“重大歷史任務”。2006年2月27日，廣西區黨委、政府在南寧召開全區社會主義新農村建設試點動員大會，這標志著廣西新農村建設拉開帷幕。

農業信息化是貫穿社會主義新農村建設各個環節的靈魂，是新農村建設的突破口和重要途徑。沒有農業信息化，就沒有社會主義新農村。一直以來，農業信息化推動著廣西農村的經濟、政治、文化和社會建設。本文用灰關聯分析法分析廣西農業信息化對新農村建設的貢獻，區分優勢和非優勢因素，找出其中的不足，并提出今后的工作重點，讓農業信息化更好地服務于新農村建設。
