農業信息集成服務研究

〔摘 要〕集成服務 已成為當前信息服務發展的重要趨勢，而本文將信息集成服務的理念引入了農業信息服務領 域，提出了以提升農村信息資源利用效率和農村用戶獲取信息的便捷程度為宗旨，以農村信 息資源服務需求為導向，以農業信息資源建設及服務標準體系研究為基礎，以中間件等核心 信息技術為支撐的新型農業信息集成服務方式，并且分別從農業信息服務的概念#65380;需求#65380;實 現幾個方面對該信息服務方式的設計#65380;操作進行了詳細的闡述#65377;

〔Abstract〕Information integration service has become an important trend of informa tion service.This article will introduce the concept of integrated services of a gricultural information services，propose a new mode of integrated agricultural i nformation service，which made to enhance the information efficiency of resource

use in rural areas，demanded for services-oriented to the building of agricultura l information resources and services，research-based on standards system，to middl eware for technical support.Expounded the design and operation of the informatio n services from several aspects in detail.

1 信息集成服務的含義

“集成”一詞的英語術語為“Integration”，具有內部相互聯系#65380;融合為一個整體或一體 化的含義，集成不是各要素或各模塊機械的堆積，而是各要素或各模塊組成有機的整體，起 到“1+1>2”的效應#65377;在信息集成理念的基礎上，一些學者提出了信息集成服務的概念#65377;

在一些期刊論文中也經常出現集成信息服務#65380;集成化信息服務#65380;信息服務集成#65380;服務整合#65380; 一站式服務等稱謂#65377;目前，對信息集成服務的研究處于探索階段，尚沒有被普遍接受的定義 #65377;有的學者從服務要素與功能出發進行研究，認為信息集成服務是在信息資源集成基礎上， 綜合利用現代信息技術，為用戶提供綜合集成的信息服務環境，融合圖書館各種服務功能的 服務#65377;有的則從組成框架與實現目標出發進行研究，認為信息集成服務只有在網絡環境……
