打造圖書(shū)館以人為本文化軟實(shí)力問(wèn)題研究

〔摘 要〕圖書(shū)館文化軟實(shí)力是國(guó)家文化軟實(shí)力的重要構(gòu)成，彰顯以人為本理念才能更好發(fā)揮圖書(shū)館文化軟實(shí)力的作用#65377;當(dāng)前，我國(guó)圖書(shū)館界不論在硬件建設(shè)還是在軟件建設(shè)上都存在著技術(shù)至上傾向，違背了圖書(shū)館的服務(wù)理念，妨礙了知識(shí)服務(wù)的質(zhì)量#65377;只有從硬件建設(shè)和軟件建設(shè)上全面踐行以人為本的服務(wù)理念，才能夠打造強(qiáng)大的圖書(shū)館文化軟實(shí)力，實(shí)現(xiàn)圖書(shū)館的社會(huì)價(jià)值#65377;

〔Abstract〕Library cultural softpower is an important part of the cultural softpower of a country.It plays an important role when it embodies the concept of people-oriented.Nowdays there is technology-oriented trend in the construction of ontonly hardware but also software in the circle of library， which volates the service concept of library and blocks the quality of knowledge service.To realize the people-based concept of service in construction of hardware and software is the only way to strengthen the cultural softpower of library and to realize its social value.

圖書(shū)館文化軟實(shí)力是國(guó)家文化軟實(shí)力的重要構(gòu)成，彰顯以人為本理念才能更好發(fā)揮圖書(shū)館文化軟實(shí)力的作用，提高全民族的科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)，促進(jìn)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)#65377;由于國(guó)內(nèi)圖書(shū)館建設(shè)中呈現(xiàn)出技術(shù)至上傾向，一度導(dǎo)致了技術(shù)理性和人文精神的背離#65377;許多領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者只注重圖書(shū)館技術(shù)發(fā)展與設(shè)備更新，許多圖書(shū)館員盲目崇拜技術(shù)，忽視了自身價(jià)值和服務(wù)的人文關(guān)懷#65377;使得相當(dāng)多的圖書(shū)館設(shè)備越來(lái)越先進(jìn)，系統(tǒng)越來(lái)越強(qiáng)大，而進(jìn)館閱讀者和文獻(xiàn)利用率卻呈現(xiàn)下滑的趨勢(shì)#65377;

圖書(shū)館缺失了人文精神就缺失了圖書(shū)館文化軟實(shí)力的核心#65377;西方某些發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家注重圖書(shū)館人文精神的經(jīng)驗(yàn)值得我們借鑒，我國(guó)圖書(shū)館業(yè)只有植入人文精神，才能實(shí)現(xiàn)其社會(huì)價(jià)值，才能使圖書(shū)館事業(yè)充滿(mǎn)生機(jī)和活力#65377;
