〔Abstract〕By talking about the charictoristics of digital reference consultation service and the interactive user-oriented reference consultation service in libraries,this paper started from the analysis of digital reference advisory serviceand stated the capacity and qualification of librarians during their digital reference consultation services,so that they could dope with the challenge they encountered in the consulting service in the information time.

由館藏印刷型文獻(xiàn)資源為基礎(chǔ),向以數(shù)字化網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源和數(shù)據(jù)庫為基礎(chǔ),包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)庫#65380;網(wǎng)絡(luò)搜索引擎#65380;光盤數(shù)據(jù)庫#65380;傳統(tǒng)工具書的電子版等的發(fā)展#65377;
1.2 咨詢服務(wù)手段自動(dòng)化
