Hurricane Katrina：2005年8月在美國路易斯安那州發生了卡特里娜颶風。事后，由于布什政府反應緩慢，延誤了救災時機，受到民眾的嚴厲指責。

George Bush(my dad)：老布什是小布什的父親，美國第41任總統。從一開始，人們就普遍相信小布什沒有執政的能力，都是老布什在背后支撐，小布什遇事都少不了要向老爸求救。

Get the Supremes：指小布什在2005任命了一位極右翼人士為美國最高法院首席法官，從此對最高法院有了相當的影響力。

Fool me once: 2002年，小布什曾經說過：“There’s an old saying in Tennessee—I know it’s in Texas， probably in Tennessee—that says， fool me once， shame on—shame on you. Fool me—you can’t get fooled again. ”
