淺析城市街道空間的人文品質

摘要：長沙市的城市建設取得了驕人的成績。然而發展的高速度，往往也易于帶來發展的盲目性。如果從“人文”、“民生”的角度來品味我們這些年建設的得失，參照國外的成功經驗，就會發現真正成功的舊城改造決不是簡單的革舊鼎新，而是城市特色的保護，城市內涵的發掘，城市人文與時代精神的結合。長沙市城市建設中人文品質缺失在于整體性的缺乏和肌理性的無序。人文原則層面的整合對策是充分尊重、繼承和保護歷史：以整體觀念有序組織創造景觀序列；保護和節約自然資源，使之可持續性發展；強調可適應性。

Abstract：High speed of urban construction is easy to bring the blindness of development . Through the gains and losses of the urban construction in Changsha these years and some overseas experiences， we can find that successful transformation of old city is not a simple “top new conservative old” but the protection of a city's characteristics，excavation of the city meanings and combination of urban culture and times spirit. In the course of urban construction of Changsha， the missing of humanities quality results from the integration lack and muscle rationality disorder， so we should make efforts on integration strategies of humanities level and design level.

長沙是湖南的省會城市，是著名的歷史文化名城。她有著厚重的歷史人文沉積，有著豐富的地方文化內涵。同時它也是一座高速發展的現代化都市。近年來隨著芙蓉路的拉通、五一路的拓寬、新商業金融區的實施以及沿門風光帶的建成，長沙市的城市建設取得了驕人的成績。這些工程的投入實施，在一定程度上改變了原有的城市面貌，有力地拉動了地方經濟增長，改善了城市居民的生活質量。

然而發展的高速度，往往也容易帶來發展的盲目性，就是說如果從“人文”、“民生”的角度來品味我們這些年建設的得失，我們其實不難發現長沙城市建設中存在的某些缺憾。

1長沙城市成長過程中人文意識的缺失

城市記憶是城市街道景觀的個性所在，是城市人文的意識體現，每個城市成長的過程差異很大，因此城市記憶各有篇章。……
