完美科技 助跑奧運

摘要：本文系統全面地介紹了奧運足球備用場地——鐵西體育場館建設的技術創新亮點，如新型圓柱鋼模板、高性能自防水混凝土、高顯色照明技術、外墻外保溫技術、室外訓練場人造草坪技術等新材料和新技術，不僅提高了工程的科技含量，而且加快了工程進度，確保了體育場館工程建設質量和進度，對體育場館建設和其它建筑工程有一定的參考價值。

Abstract：In this paper， a comprehensive introduction about the Tiexi Olympic soccer Gymnasiums' technology innovation was offered， such as the new cylindrical steel template， the high-performance waterproof concrete， the high-color lighting technology， the exterior insulation technology， the outdoor training field artificial turf technology ， and other new materials and new technologies， not only increased the technology content of the project， but also accelerated the progress and ensure the quality of this object， it has certain reference importance to Gymnasiums' construction and others construction.

1概況

鐵西體育場館場地位于沈陽市鐵西區重工北街與北四西路交叉口西北角。建筑面積約為3.58萬m2，用地面積約為18.32hm2，網架高度：38.268m，看臺高度：26.500m，房間屋面高度：23.350m。

可容納3萬余觀眾，基地地勢較為平坦， 是北京奧組委正式批準的奧運會足球比賽的備用場地（兼訓練場地）。由中建五局總承包施工，在施工過程中采用了新型圓柱鋼模板、高性能自防水混凝土、高顯色照明技術、外墻外保溫技術、室外訓練場人造草坪技術等新材料和新技術，不僅提高了工程的科技含量，而且加快了工程進度，確保了體育場館工程建設質量和進度。達到了良好的建筑經濟技術指標：用地面積：18.32hm2、建筑總占地面積：56750m2、體育場占地面積：49650m2、體育館占地面積：7100m2、總建筑面積：48272m2、體育場建筑面積：35763m2、體育館建筑面積：12509m2、容積率：0.26、綠化率：35%、停車位：1218。

2技術創新

從綠色奧運，為奧運助跑的理念出發，該工程建設實現了多項技術創新和突破。

2.1 過熱蒸汽發生器及控制技術
