The 2008 Beijing Olympic Games has ended in success. Now how to grow up along with Olympic Champions has become a hot topic and the focus of our concern. Recently a heated discussion on this topic was held in our class.

We all agree that Olympic Champions have much in common. They are strict with themselves, always working hard to be excellent. As representatives of the Olympic spirit, they show respect for others, such ascompetitors, judges, and the media. Besides, they never give up. They will keep on trying after failure until they finally succeed.

Most of us cannot become Olympic champions. Yet we can learn something from them. First, we should set up our goals and go definitely after them. We can learn to concentrate our attention and keep a good state of mind in front of failure.

Like the world champions, we are also members of our society. I think we should also give full play toour own roles. Whatever we are and whatever we do, we should spare no efforts to contribute what we can to our society.
