My family is rather small. There are only three persons:my parents and I.
My parents work in a factory. Father is an engineer. His responsibility is designing new and better models of electric appliances1 for daily use. Mother works on the washing machine assembly2 line. And I am a middle school student. During the daytime, our apartment is locked, for we don's come home until late in the afternoon.
At home, we have a lot to do. Mother does much of the housework and goes shopping twice a week. But father seems a better hand at cooking. My task is learning. My parents also help me check my homework. We often discuss current affairs and technical problems. And though we read more than watch TV, we have a family concert for half an hour or so every evening. We all like to listen to music.

I think the person who loves me best in the world is my father. I remembered when I was six years old, I began to learn art. Every Sunday Father took me to my teacher's home in the morning, and then took me back in the evening. During the time I learnt art, I often wanted to escape from the terrible1 hard work. However, whenever I saw father's back as he tried hard to ride the bike in bad weather, I told myself I couldn't make him disappointed2.
Now I am a student. The school is far away from my home. Father cares for me as he did in the past. I remember one heavy rain day when I got off the bus, I found father standing alone at the station. He held an umbrella in the rain, and couldn't help trembling3. When he saw he, he ran to me and held the umbrella for me .Later, I knew father had been running a high fever that day.
I often think of father when I have diffculties. I know no matter what happens my father will be the very person who will support me. He encourages me when I get som trouble, and tells me not to be conceited4 when I get some success. This is my father, who loves me best.
