Construction method and application of domain knowledge graph for command and guidance

Abstract:In futureequipmenttesting,real-timedatacolection,processing,and storage present characteristicssuchas largedatavolume,redundancy,andpoor intuitiveness,which pose challnges to testcommandandguidance.Thearticle summarizes thedomainknowledgesystem for experimentalcommandand guidancerequirements,and proposesadomain knowledgegraph constructionmethodbasedoncommandandguidancedata.Usingtheexperienceandknowledgeof experts, aknowledgesystemforequipment testingcommandandadjustmentwasconstructedastheinitialontologyof theknowledge graph inthis field.The keytechnologies involvedinknowledge graph construction,including knowledge extractionand fusion,wereexplainedindetail,andthespecificapplicationofthisdomainknowledgegraph inasisting commandandadjustmentdecision-making was demonstrated.The domain knowledge graph oriented towardscommandand guidance can provide support for situation analysisand system situation generation,therebymore efectively serving equipment testing command and guidance work.

隨著裝備大規(guī)模實驗活動逐步向實際需求場景靠攏,面向大規(guī)模范圍的指揮導調能力需要同步提升。目前,在常規(guī)指揮與導調上,我們依賴于多種形式的數(shù)據(jù)進行支持,這包含但不限于記錄文檔、測量記錄、數(shù)據(jù)處理結果及環(huán)境信息等。這類數(shù)據(jù)表現(xiàn)出大容量(Volume)、多樣性(Variety)、快速流動(Velocity)以及高價值(Value)的四個標志性屬性[2]。不僅如此,指揮與導調過程中還涉及部隊、裝備間指揮命令、行動方案等多種目標實體的行為規(guī)則數(shù)據(jù),常規(guī)的關系數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)難以針對此類概括性、多變性與不固定性較突出的行為規(guī)則數(shù)據(jù)進行描述、儲存和應用。當前一項挑戰(zhàn)是,如何在對眾多實驗數(shù)據(jù)實時信息提取的同時避免信息過載,進而將數(shù)據(jù)轉換成知識,以協(xié)助指揮員在指揮與導調中做出更好的決策。
采取知識圖譜這類知識工程技術是應對上述問題的有效途徑之一[3-6]。知識圖譜以其在語義表達的明晰性、對機器的可理解性、信息關系的清晰性、檢索的高速和數(shù)據(jù)結構的靈活性等方面的顯著優(yōu)勢,能夠將分散的實驗數(shù)據(jù)匯總,從而挖掘深層次的語義知識,并在查詢精確性及擴展性問題的處理上顯示出強大力量[7-10]。構建針對指揮導調領域的專業(yè)知識圖譜,有助于標準化描述與組織不同類別的實體活動數(shù)據(jù),促進各種不同格式的數(shù)據(jù)在語義級別上進行聯(lián)接和交換,以及促進信息的集成;……
