基于VOSviewer 的公立醫(yī)院黨建研究現(xiàn)狀分析

Abstract ObjectiveTo review the current status and hot issues in research on Party building in public hospitals， and to provide a reference basis for relevant studies on Party building in public hospitals.MethodsUsing \"Party building inpublic hospitals\" as thesearch term，aliterature search was conducted inthe China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI） database for the period from November 8，2012，to August 31，2024.Visualization tool VOSviewer was applied to perform a view analysis on the eligible literature.ResultsThe number of publications was relatively lowfrom November8，2012，to 2017.From 2018 to 2022，the numberof publications increased year by year，withthe highest numberof publications in 2022.However，from 2023 to August 31，2024，the number of publications showeda downward trend.Modern Hospitals was thejournal withthe highest numberof publicationson Party building in public hospitals.Research institutions were mainlyconcentrated in the National Health Commision andits directlyaffliated units，university一afiliated hospitals，etc.\"Party building leading\"and \"high一quality development\" were the hotresearch areas.ConclusionResearchon Party building in public hospitals is stillin theexploratory stage.Itis necessary to enhance the breadth and depth of research onPartybuilding in public hospitals，strengthen cooperationand exchanges among research institutions，caryout innovative research，increase the numberof high-level publications，and continuously improve the research value.

2017年，國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)《關(guān)于建立現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院管理制度的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》（國(guó)辦發(fā)[2017]67號(hào)）（以下簡(jiǎn)稱《指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》）。2018年，中共中央辦公廳印發(fā)《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)公立醫(yī)院黨的建設(shè)工作的意見(jiàn)》（中辦發(fā)[2018]35號(hào)）（以下簡(jiǎn)稱《意見(jiàn)》）;同年，國(guó)家衛(wèi)生健康委印發(fā)《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)公立醫(yī)院黨的建設(shè)工作的意見(jiàn)實(shí)施辦法》（國(guó)衛(wèi)健黨發(fā)[2018]29號(hào)）（以下簡(jiǎn)稱《實(shí)施辦法》）。2021年，國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)《關(guān)于推動(dòng)公立醫(yī)院高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的意見(jiàn)》（國(guó)辦發(fā)[2021]18號(hào)）（以下簡(jiǎn)稱《高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的意見(jiàn)》）等。這些政策文件對(duì)加強(qiáng)公立醫(yī)院黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和黨的建設(shè)工作，建立健全現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院管理制度提出了明確且系統(tǒng)的要求。本研究運(yùn)用可視化工具VOSviewer對(duì)中國(guó)知網(wǎng)（CNKD數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中公開(kāi)發(fā)表的公立醫(yī)院黨建文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析，系統(tǒng)梳理公立醫(yī)院黨建研究的現(xiàn)狀與熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題，為公立醫(yī)院黨建相關(guān)研究提供參考。

資料與方法

1.1 文獻(xiàn)來(lái)源

本研究文獻(xiàn)來(lái)源于國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)期刊，以“公立醫(yī)院黨建”為檢索詞，在中國(guó)知網(wǎng)（CNKI）數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中進(jìn)行檢索，檢索時(shí)間為2012年11月8日一2024年8月31日，共檢索到906篇期刊文獻(xiàn)，剔除新聞報(bào)道、會(huì)議通知等非研究文獻(xiàn)131篇，保留研究型文獻(xiàn)775篇，以Refworks格式導(dǎo)出。

1.2 研究方法

采用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)法，以發(fā)文數(shù)量、來(lái)源期刊、醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)、作者和研究熱點(diǎn)為主要維度進(jìn)行全面分析，以識(shí)別公立醫(yī)院黨建的研究現(xiàn)狀。利用Excel2021軟件對(duì)文獻(xiàn)的發(fā)文數(shù)量、來(lái)源期刊及研究機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。將Ref-works文件導(dǎo)人VOSviewer 1.6.20軟件，生成知識(shí)圖譜，識(shí)別作者合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)、研究熱點(diǎn)，并對(duì)公立醫(yī)院黨建研究學(xué)者、研究熱點(diǎn)及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行全面分析。……
