Research on the Evolution Characteristics of Carbon Balance Zoning in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Region

Abstract: [Purposes] Research on the evolution characteristics of carbon balance zoning in Poyang Lake Ecological and Economic Region (PYLEER) provides guidance for formulating scientific carbon emission reduction and carbon neutrality policies.[Methods] Carbon balance zoning in PYLEER was analyzed using energy consumption data,land use data,and GIS, with a focus on carbon source-sink analysis for the period 2000—2021.[Findings]From 2000 to 2021,the carbon balance in PYLEER showed significant fluctuations,ranging from 16.129 to 2O2.691 8 milion tons.The carbon compensation rate remained below 1 throughout the study period,indicating a persistent carbon source status with a declining trend that reflects growing carbon reduction pressure.The economic contribution coefficient of carbon emission displayed an initial decrease followed by an increase,accompanied by substantial spatial pattern changes.The spatial patern of carbon ecological carrying coefficient remained relatively stable. nomic development zones,while Xinyu emerged as a comprehensive optimization zone.By 2O21,Yingtan became a comprehensive optimization zone; Jiujiang,Yichun,and Jingdezhen shifted to carbon sink development zones; and Ji'an and Fuzhou were reclassified as low-carbon maintenance zones.[Conclusions]The carbon balance zoning of PYLEER has undergone certain changes influenced by each city's economic structure,urban characteristics,government policies,and ecological-environmental governance.In the future,targeted measures should be implemented based on the carbon balance variations in each city.

0 引言
氣候變暖是當(dāng)前人類生活和社會(huì)發(fā)展所面臨的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。人類活動(dòng)及工業(yè)企業(yè)大量的能源消耗與碳排放是全球氣候變暖的主要驅(qū)動(dòng)因素[1],“降碳增匯”成為國(guó)際社會(huì)廣泛關(guān)注的話題之一[2],全球已有超過(guò)130個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)提出了“碳中和”目標(biāo)。我國(guó)已成為全球最大的碳排放國(guó)3,基于構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體和推進(jìn)人類文明可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重任擔(dān)當(dāng),2020年9月在聯(lián)合國(guó)大會(huì)上,中國(guó)提出爭(zhēng)取2030年前 CO2 排放達(dá)到峰值,2060年前實(shí)現(xiàn)碳中和[4]。鄱陽(yáng)湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)依托鄱陽(yáng)湖周邊城市,發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)與保護(hù)生態(tài)并舉,注重生態(tài)文明建設(shè),其目標(biāo)是建設(shè)中國(guó)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展先行區(qū)。開(kāi)展鄱陽(yáng)湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)碳平衡分區(qū)時(shí)空演變特征研究,可為該地區(qū)制定碳減排、增匯政策提供參考。
1 研究區(qū)概況
鄱陽(yáng)湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)是江西省、長(zhǎng)江中下游地區(qū)的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展區(qū)域(東經(jīng) 114°29′~117°42′E ,北緯 27°30′~30°06′N)[5] ,涵蓋江西省的、九江、景德鎮(zhèn)、鷹潭、新余、撫州、宜春、上饒、吉安等9個(gè)地級(jí)市,總面積為 51 117km2 ,占全省總面積的30.62% ,人口占全省總?cè)丝诘?49.01% ,地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值占全省的 57.04%[6] 。……
