早產兒是指出生胎齡 lt;37 周的新生兒。已有數據顯示,全球每年平均約有1500萬名早產兒出生,且呈逐年增加趨勢[1]。早產兒由于胃腸、吞咽及呼吸功能發育不成熟,腸道吸收功能障礙,與足月兒相比更易出現喂養不耐受問題。營養吸收障礙、喂養不耐受加之各種疾病導致胃腸功能紊亂,使早產兒生長發育水平落后,增加住院費用,延長住院時間。而早期腸內營養可以增加營養攝入量,加快生長速度,加速腸道生理新陳代謝,使早產兒身心發育不落后于同齡兒,是目前眾多學者關注的問題之一。目前,國內外關于早產兒腸內喂養及營養方面的研究證據分散,且臨床實踐與證據間存在較大差距,不利于早產兒的腸內營養管理,本研究通過系統檢索國內外早產兒腸內營養管理方面的高質量證據,對相關內容進行提取、整合和歸納,旨在為早產兒腸內營養管理和護理提供循證依據。本研究已通過上海復旦大學循證護理中心注冊(注冊號:ES20231806)。
