【Abstract】With the intensificationof competition in the automotive manufacturing industry,the demand for error prevention inthe final assemblyworkshophas become prominent.Thisarticlestudiestheapplicationand improvementof error-proofing technology intheautomotive final assembly process,which has theadvantages of improving assembly quality,reducingcosts,enhancing eficiency,and strengthening employee safety.Through aplication strategies suchas the innovationof toling equipment,theoptimizationof personnel training and management,the upgrading of production processes,and theintegrationof informatizationandintellgentmonitoring,thepreventionofmisplacementis guaranteed.At the same time,improvement pathssuch as developing intellgent auxiliary toos,establishing knowledge graphs,promoting improved communities,and applying blockchain toensuredataaccuracyare proposed.Research showsthateror-profing technologyisof greatsignificance totheautomotivemanufacturing industry.Inthefuture,if it isintegratedwithemerging technologies,itwill promote itsdevelopment towardsintellgenceandautomation,whichis conducive to the quality upgrade of the automotive manufacturing industry.

0 引言
隨著社會進步,人們對汽車的使用越來越多,汽車制造廠也在不斷地增多,在各種競爭下不同廠家推出的不同款式、不同配置車型也越來越多,這對目前汽車制造業特別是總裝車間壓力越來越大,給總裝防錯體系帶來巨大挑戰。防錯技術作為各大整車廠在總裝工藝過程中的品質保證手段,越來越受到重視。因此,深入研究防錯技術在汽車總裝工藝中的應用及提升,具有重要的現實意義。
1防錯技術在汽車總裝工藝中的應用優勢
1.1 提升裝配品質
防錯技術能夠精準識別裝配過程中的潛在失誤,顯著提升汽車總裝的整體品質。在汽車總裝環節,大量零部件需進行精密組裝,任何細微偏差都可能影響整車性能。通過傳感器與智能控制系統的協同運作,可對零部件安裝位置、擰緊力矩等關鍵參數進行實時監測與精準控制。一旦檢測到零部件安裝位置偏移,系統將立即觸發報警機制,提示操作人員及時修正,有效避免因裝配錯誤引發的重大品質問題。同時,防錯技術可大幅減少因人為疏忽導致的裝配缺陷,如零件漏裝、錯裝等。相較于傳統人工檢查的局限性,防錯技術通過嚴謹的流程監控,確保每一輛出廠車輛均符合高標準品質要求,為消費者提供可靠產品。
1.2 降低生產成本
