優質中熟桃新品種紫金玉脆的選育

Abstract： Zijinyucui is a new white-fleshed peach variety with storable transportation and high qualities，developed through the hybridization between the firm peach varieties Yumyeoung and Xiacui in 2008.Yumyeoung is a storable， middle-ripening and white fleshed peach cultivar introduced from Korea and Xiacui is an early-July peach cultivar bred by Institute of Pomology， Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The parents are Stony hard.In March，the anthers of Xiacui were colected before open and dried under 25^°C on a peice of clean white paper.Before blooming，the female’s corollas were removed and pollinated immediately. The fruits were harvested in early August，and then matured seeds were taken out and disinfected. The seeds were placed in petri dishes and treated in cold storage at （3±2）^°C .When the seeds germinated， they were transferred to the culture for cultivation，and transplanted to the hole tray after 1 month.65 sedlings were obtained finally. In late April， the seedlings were planted in the field. The trees began to bear fruits in the third year， with second year flowering. They entered the full fruiting period in the fifth year，with good yield.The numbered C18-3-3-16 was eventually selected.With the method of identification and tests，it was namedas Zijinyucui when released.The tree of Zijinyucui is spread.The budbreak rate and branching ability are medium.The average internode length is 2.6cm . The green leaves are usually elliptic-lanceolate and middle-sized. The averageleaflengthandwidthare 19.6cm and 4.3cm ，respectively.The length of petiolesis 1.1cm with 2^-4 reniform glands. In Nanjing， Zijinyucui begins to bloom in mid to late March and lasts for about1 week.The flower is showy with5 wide-elliptical petals and a diameter of 4.9cm .The fruit is round.The white skin is mostly covered by rose-red color. The average fruit weight is 273.3g and the largest is up to 366g .It is cling and the stone is oval. The flesh is white. It has a soluble solids content of 12.6% and titratable acidity of 0.19% . The fruit has high storage resistance， and is generally stored at room temperature for 7 days and at 4^°C for more than 15 days. The growth vigor of Zijinyucui is moderate.In theNanjing testorchard，5-year-old treeshada 100% fruitingbranch ratio，with proportions of long，medium，short and bouquet branches being 44.3：27.7：20.8：7.2.All types of fruiting branches can flower and bear fruits normally.The average flower bud initiation occursat the 2.1st node，with flower buds being 1.62 times more than leaf buds.The compound flower buds are 8.02 times more than single flower buds.Under normal weather conditions，the natural polination fruit setrate remains stable above 60% ， indicating good fruiting performance. Watering should follow each fertilizer application， while irrigation should be controled within 10 days before harvest. The tree grows vigorously and the young tres can train a shape quickly.So far， no special diseases and insects have been found，no shrinkage leaf disease occurs， no anthrax and brown rot have been found to harm the fruit，and aphids have a negligible attack，showing moderate resistance. However， with the increase of tree age， the gum disease gradually aggravates. Zijinyucui is selected and cultivated in Jiangsu Province，which is suitable for cultivation in Jiangsu area and other areaswith similar ecological conditions.

桃是我國適宜種植的大眾水果之一，由于桃果肉風味鮮美，營養價值豐富，深得消費者的喜愛。目前，我國新選育的如七月肥[、夏之脆等品種均為硬溶質，溶質桃屬于呼吸躍變型，采后伴隨較強的呼吸作用[]，釋放大量乙烯，促使果實較快軟化[4，不能長時間貯存運輸，如霞暉6號5。硬質桃成熟后幾乎無乙烯釋放，果實樹上掛果期和貯藏時間得到延長，如霞脆[7]。

在物流業不發達情況下，桃生產主要以供應產區周邊市場為主，對桃肉質沒有太多要求。隨著近些年物流業的快速發展，鮮食桃市場從周邊銷售擴大到全國乃至世界，傳統水蜜桃生產越來越暴露出不耐貯運、產銷過程損耗大、商品果率低、市場競爭力弱等弊端。通常情況下，水蜜桃成熟后采摘常溫僅能存放2～3d，即使降低成熟度提前采收，也僅能存放5d左右。歐美等地區的國家鮮食桃品種以慢軟型溶質桃和硬質桃為主，機械化采收、分級方便，存放時間延長，同時減少運輸途中的損耗，進而擴大銷售區域。所以果實硬度高、留樹時間長、耐貯運的品種越來越受到生產者和銷售商的歡迎。

1選育過程

為培育優質耐貯桃新品種，2008年以有明白桃為母本，霞脆為父本，進行有目的的人工授粉。母本成熟后采收果實，將種子取出進行消毒處理，后置于4^°C 低溫環境中培養，其間保持種子濕潤，待種子發芽后進行播種，溫室培養越冬。2009年春定植于江蘇省農業科學院桃選種圃，最終獲得田間雜種實生苗65株。株行距 1.0m×5.0m ，單行種植，按照田間常規管理模式進行日常管理。

2010年春后代單株陸續開花，2011年開始結果，其中包含C18-3-3-16。調查結果顯示，花為薔薇型，粉色，花藥橘紅色，花粉量大，花瓣卵圓形，中等大小；果實7月中旬成熟，果實對稱、圓形，果頂圓，無果尖，果皮底色白色，果面 70% 著淺紅色，肉質細膩硬脆、風味甜，黏核。2013年秋季進行高接試驗，高接后第2年開始開花結果，經連續幾年的觀察比較，該品種生物學特性穩定，果實綜合經濟性狀優良。隨后在江蘇不同產區進行區域試驗和生產試驗，包括徐州、泗陽等蘇北地區，常州、南京等蘇南地區，試驗品種均嫁接在毛桃砧木上。不同產區采用不同的種植密度，株行距為 （2～4）m×（4～5）m 。經連續13a（年）的調查，表明該品種果形圓正，風味甜，肉質硬脆，掛樹時間長，耐貯性強，外觀美麗，商品性好。2020年定名為紫金玉脆（圖1），2024年獲得農業農村部植物新品種權授權（CNA20211000023）。

2 主要性狀

2.1植物學特征

樹體大小中等，生長健壯，樹勢中等，樹姿開張。1年生枝紅褐色，5年生樹花密度51.4朵 ?m^-1 ，果枝節間長度 2.6cm 。葉片綠色、長橢圓披針形，長寬比為4.5，葉柄長 1.1cm ；葉腺2＼～4個，均為腎形；葉緣鈍鋸齒狀。花薔薇型，花瓣粉色、卵圓形。雌蕊高于雄蕊，萼筒內壁綠黃色，花粉量大，橘紅色，子房有茸毛。

2.2 果實主要經濟性狀

果實圓形，果頂圓；縫合線淺，兩邊較對稱。平均單果質量 273.3g ，大小較為均勻（表1）。果實套白色果袋果面著淺紅色，不套果袋果面著紅色，著色面積 70% 以上。果皮與果肉難剝離，果肉白色，肉質細膩、硬脆，果實采收期長超過10d，汁液中，風味甜，可溶性固形物含量 ，后同） 12.6% ，可滴定酸含量 0.19% ，黏核。果核大小中等。九成熟時，紫金玉脆果實帶皮硬度 56.85N） 較對照品種湖景蜜露（ 26.48N 硬，耐貯性較湖景蜜露強。

2.3 物候期

對紫金玉脆物候期進行調查，在不同年份和產區之間存在差異（表2）。南京地區3月初萌芽，3月中下旬始花、盛花，7月中旬果實成熟；徐州地區3月中旬萌芽，3月下旬或4月初始花、盛花，7月下旬果實成熟采收。花期均持續7d左右，果實從盛花初期到成熟期119d左右。由于春季回溫情況不同，紫金玉脆2023年物候期較2024年提早8～12d，成熟期相差2～4d 氣溫變化對落葉期有一定影響，綜合幾年調查結果，一般落葉期從10月底開始，11月下旬結束。從葉芽萌動至落葉終止，全年生育期278d左右。

2.4生長結果習性

紫金玉脆樹勢中庸，南京試驗園5年生樹果枝比例為 100% ，未調查到徒長性果枝，長果枝、中果枝、短果枝、花束枝比例為44.3：27.7：20.8：7.2，各類果枝均能正常開花結果。花芽起始節位平均2.1節，花芽是葉芽的1.62倍，復花芽是單花芽的8.02倍，正常天氣條件下，自然授粉坐果率穩定在 60% 以上，結果性能好。

為保持樹勢，定植后第2年即使少量開花也未留果，第3年普遍開花結果，每株樹產量控制在 10kg 以下，第5年進入盛果期， 666.7m² 產量 1500kg ，最高達 1750kg 。

3 栽培技術要點

3.1定植

緩坡平地、地下水位高的地區采用起壟降漬栽培，壟高 30～50cm ，壟寬 1.5m ；丘陵崗地、地下水位低的地區采用常規栽培。有凍害的地區建議春季栽植，其他地區落葉至春季發芽前均可定植。為適應機械操作建議采用 5m 以上寬行種植。

3.2 肥水管理

定植前施足基肥，基肥以有機肥為主，最晚不遲于11月底完成；花后肥以施氮素為主；硬核后以鉀為主。果實發育后期水分均勻提供，采收前控水。夏天雨季注意排水，防澇。

3.3整形修剪

幼樹以整形為主，定干高度 60cm ，兩主枝Y形可以插桿固定角度，重點培養主枝兩側小型枝組。三主枝自然開心形，幼樹注意拉枝控制開張角度，以防旺長，促進早結果。加強夏季管理，保持樹體通風透光。

3.4 果實管理

分批疏果，首先疏除畸形果、病蟲果；其次疏除位置不佳方向朝天的果；最后根據樹勢進行定果。疏果時按照長果枝留不多于3個果實，中果枝不多于2個果實，短果枝和花束狀果枝不留或留1個果。不套袋果面著紅色，套白袋果面紅色變淡為淺粉色，果面清潔，適宜免套袋栽培。為保證果實品質，盛果期每 666.7m² 產量控制在 1500kg 左右。果實硬度高，掛樹時間長達15d，可分批采收。

3.5 病蟲害防治

修剪完做好冬春季清園以及春季蚜蟲、縮葉病等的防治，果實套袋前噴施殺蟲殺菌劑，且噴藥與套袋間隔時間不宜過長。建議多用物理方法進行防控，如性誘劑、殺蟲燈等。為保證果實的安全性，成熟前忌噴施農藥。特別注意春季蚜蟲、縮葉病，夏季紅蜘蛛、穿孔病、梨小食心蟲等的防控。
