


摘" " 要:浙粉莓2號(hào)是由香野×越心雜交選育而成的早熟粉果草莓新品種。植株長(zhǎng)勢(shì)中庸,株高21.3 cm,冠徑32.8 cm。果實(shí)圓錐形,果面粉紅色,果肉白色,髓部空洞小或無(wú),果肉質(zhì)地細(xì)膩,香甜多汁。一級(jí)序果平均單果質(zhì)量30.0 g,全株平均單果質(zhì)量16.9 g,果形指數(shù)1.29,硬度417.5 g·cm-2。可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)12.20%,總糖含量74.19 mg·g-1,總有機(jī)酸含量0.80%,維生素C含量645.66 μg·g-1,氨基酸含量2.03 mg·g-1,花青素含量6.30 μg·g-1。在浙江省設(shè)施促成栽培,9月上中旬定植,10月下旬現(xiàn)蕾,11月上旬盛花,12月中旬果實(shí)成熟,連續(xù)開(kāi)花能力強(qiáng),豐產(chǎn)性好。該品種適合中國(guó)大部分地區(qū)的設(shè)施促成栽培。

Breeding report of a new early-ripening and pink-peel strawberry cultivar Zhefenmei No. 2

Abstract: Zhefenmei No. 2 (Fragaria × ananassa Duchesne) is an early-maturing and pink-peel strawberry cultivar selected from a cross between Kaorino and Yuexin. 223 hybrid seeds were obtained in March 2015 and finally 136 seedlings were obtained in early September, in Hangzhou. From November 2015 to April 2016, 6 superior plants were initially selected based upon the plant growth vigor, disease resistance, mature period, fruit size and fruit quality, and then they were propagated for further test. Among them, the superior line 15-20-17 was further screened out based on the trail from the end of 2016 to the beginning of 2017. During the next growing season, 2017 to 2018, the line 15-20-17 showed early-maturing, beautiful fruit color, consistent fruit shape, good flavor, and high fruit firmness. During the regional adaptability testing at three sites (including Linhai, Jiande and Fuyang) from 2018 to 2023, the traits of the superior line 15-20-17 were stable and consistent, and it was finally identified as a new strain named Zhefenmei No. 2. It obtained the authorization for new plant variety rights in September 2023 (No. CNA20191000753). The plant had moderate growth vigor with 21.3 cm in height and 32.8 cm in expansion diameter. The fruit was conical-shaped with pink-peel color and white flesh, the fruit cavity was absent or small. The fruit texture was fine, the flavor was fragrant and sweet. The average mass of the fruits on the first-class was 30.0 g and 16.9 g on the whole plant. The fruit shape index was 1.29, and the firmness is 417.5 g·cm-2. The average soluble solids content was 12.2%, the total sugar content was 74.19 mg·g-1, the total acidity content was 0.80%, the vitamin C content was 645.66 μg·g-1, the amino acid content was 2.03 mg·g-1, and the anthocyanin content was 6.30 μg·g-1. The plants were moderately resistant to powdery mildew and gray mold, but susceptible to Anthracnose. Under the condition of facility forcing cultivation in Zhejiang Province, Zhefenmei No. 2 was appropriate to transplant from early to mid-September, the budding period was in late October, the full-blooming period was in early November, and the harvest time was in mid-December. This variety flowered continuously, produced high yield, and would be suitable for forcing cultivation under protected conditions in most areas of China.

草莓(Fragaria × ananassa Duchesne)是薔薇科草莓屬多年生草本植物,果實(shí)色艷形美,果肉香甜多汁,富含各類(lèi)營(yíng)養(yǎng)元素和抗氧化物質(zhì),備受消費(fèi)者青睞[1]。色澤是園藝作物果實(shí)外觀品質(zhì)中最重要的指標(biāo)之一,直接影響果品的商品價(jià)值,也是消費(fèi)者在挑選果品時(shí)最直觀的評(píng)判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。隨著消費(fèi)需求和銷(xiāo)售模式的升級(jí)與轉(zhuǎn)變,品種需求向多元化和特色化方向轉(zhuǎn)變,差異化的果色也逐漸成為重要的育種目標(biāo)之一[2]。目前,生產(chǎn)上的栽培草莓品種主要為紅色系品種[3],為了更好地滿(mǎn)足草莓消費(fèi)新需求,尤其是滿(mǎn)足觀光采摘對(duì)多元化和特色品種的需求,浙江省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院園藝研究所開(kāi)展了不同果色草莓品種的育種研究,選育出早熟優(yōu)質(zhì)粉果草莓新品種浙粉莓2號(hào)(圖1)。
1 選育過(guò)程
2015年3月,選用日本品種香野作為母本,與自主育成品種越心進(jìn)行雜交,4月下旬共收獲雜交種子223粒,經(jīng)播種后實(shí)際得到實(shí)生苗136株,9月上旬定植于浙江省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院海寧楊渡試驗(yàn)基地。2015年11月至2016年4月考察所有實(shí)生苗的成熟期、果實(shí)大小、可溶性固形物含量、風(fēng)味和抗病性等主要性狀,初選優(yōu)株6株(15-20-11、15-20-17、15-20-20、15-20-33、15-20-78、15-20-113),并進(jìn)行自然增殖。2016年底至2017年初在楊渡基地進(jìn)行復(fù)選,其中優(yōu)株15-20-17綜合性狀表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異,入選為優(yōu)系。2017年對(duì)該優(yōu)系進(jìn)行第二輪復(fù)選,確認(rèn)其主要性狀表現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定,將其確定為品系并定名為浙粉莓2號(hào)。2018年起在臺(tái)州臨海市、杭州建德市和富陽(yáng)區(qū)開(kāi)展生產(chǎn)適應(yīng)性試驗(yàn)。經(jīng)多年多點(diǎn)試驗(yàn),浙粉莓2號(hào)早熟、果形端正、色澤美觀、品質(zhì)優(yōu)、風(fēng)味濃、連續(xù)結(jié)果能力強(qiáng)。2023年9月獲得植物新品種權(quán)授權(quán)(品種權(quán)號(hào):CNA20191000753)。
2 主要性狀
2.1 植物學(xué)特征
植株長(zhǎng)勢(shì)中庸,姿態(tài)直立,株高21.3 cm,冠徑32.8 cm。葉片為倒卵圓形,長(zhǎng)12.4 cm、寬9.9 cm、厚0.26 mm,質(zhì)地革質(zhì)平滑,葉面邊向上,顏色深綠有光澤,葉基楔形,葉緣鋸齒尖。葉柄長(zhǎng)度13.6 cm,粗度3.14 mm,葉柄茸毛直立,托葉鞘顏色淺綠,耳葉漏斗、平兼有。花序二歧聚傘形、斜生、低于葉面,花序梗長(zhǎng)3.2 cm,花序梗粗3.79 mm。花梗長(zhǎng)10.5 cm,花梗粗2.97 mm,花梗茸毛緊貼。花色白,花冠徑2.8 cm,花瓣呈圓形、相互間重疊,雄蕊低于雌蕊。花序可連續(xù)抽生3次,平均花數(shù)25.9朵·花序-1,自然坐果率高。匍匐莖抽生能力強(qiáng),繁殖系數(shù)高。
2.2 果實(shí)性狀
果實(shí)圓錐形、果形一致性好,果面狀態(tài)平整、有光澤,果實(shí)頂端易著色。果蒂無(wú)種子帶小,種子著生平于果面、分布均勻,成熟時(shí)為黃色。萼片相對(duì)果實(shí)平離著生,萼心呈凹陷狀,萼片直徑與果徑相同。成熟時(shí)果面粉色,果肉白色,髓部白色、空洞無(wú)或小,果肉細(xì)膩多汁,風(fēng)味香甜。果實(shí)縱徑4.4 cm,橫徑3.4 cm,果形指數(shù)1.29,硬度417.5 g·cm-2。一級(jí)序果平均單果質(zhì)量30.0 g,全株平均單果質(zhì)量16.9 g,最大單果質(zhì)量50.8 g。果實(shí)可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)12.2%,總糖含量74.19 mg·g-1,總有機(jī)酸含量0.80%,維生素C含量645.66 μg·g-1,氨基酸含量2.03 mg·g-1,花青素含量6.30 μg·g-1。浙粉莓2號(hào)與親本果實(shí)性狀比較見(jiàn)表1。
2.3 物候期
在浙江省設(shè)施栽培條件下,9月上中旬定植,10月下旬進(jìn)入現(xiàn)蕾期,11月上旬達(dá)到盛花期,12月中旬為果實(shí)成熟期(表2)。連續(xù)開(kāi)花結(jié)果能力強(qiáng),至翌年4月底形成3次花果期,平均株產(chǎn)437.7 g,平均產(chǎn)量2 538.7 kg·666.7 m-2。
2.4 適應(yīng)性
浙粉莓2號(hào)適合設(shè)施栽培,選育過(guò)程田間試驗(yàn)及多年多點(diǎn)生產(chǎn)適應(yīng)性試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該品種環(huán)境適應(yīng)性良好,田間抗性觀測(cè)表明,其中抗灰霉病、白粉病,易感炭疽病,抗性與紅頰相似;抗逆性強(qiáng),低溫、弱光環(huán)境耐受性較強(qiáng),連續(xù)開(kāi)花結(jié)果性好(表2)。
3 栽培技術(shù)要點(diǎn)
3.1 育苗
育苗地宜選擇土壤疏松肥沃、排灌方便,近3 a(年)內(nèi)沒(méi)有種植過(guò)草莓的地塊,以水稻田為宜。育苗畦按畦面寬1.5~2 m、溝寬30 cm、溝深30 cm整地準(zhǔn)備,為更利于排水,壟面應(yīng)呈龜背形,苗地四周開(kāi)40~50 cm深溝。3月中下旬至4月上旬定植母株,宜選用無(wú)病壯苗,在畦側(cè)單行、雙行或畦中間單行定植,每666.7 m2栽1000~1200株。母株成活后間隔10~15 d,追肥3次,每次施三元復(fù)合肥3~5 kg·666.7 m-2。子苗繁殖期應(yīng)保持土壤濕潤(rùn),視發(fā)苗情況追肥45%三元復(fù)合肥6~10 kg·666.7 m-2,8月中旬以后停止施肥。7月初,當(dāng)子苗繁殖系數(shù)達(dá)到70株·m-2時(shí)可采用三唑類(lèi)農(nóng)藥、生長(zhǎng)抑制劑等適度控苗。
3.2 定植
在浙江及臨近省份視天氣情況可在9月上中旬定植,選擇根系發(fā)達(dá)、短縮莖粗度8 mm以上、無(wú)病蟲(chóng)害、具有4枚及以上葉片的健康生產(chǎn)苗,采用高壟雙行、三角形方式定植,短縮莖弓背朝向壟溝。浙粉莓2號(hào)定植株距以23 cm為宜,每666.7 m2栽植生產(chǎn)苗5800株左右。定植時(shí)可加蓋80%遮光率以上的遮陽(yáng)網(wǎng),以提高植株成活率。
3.3 植株與花果管理
定植后長(zhǎng)出2枚新葉時(shí)和鋪地膜前,分別摘除貼近地面的老葉;現(xiàn)蕾時(shí)宜保持5~6枚葉,結(jié)果期保持8~10枚葉。及時(shí)清除分蘗芽,宜采用“1-2-2”整枝法,即在頂花序抽生前,只留1個(gè)主枝,第二花序時(shí)留2個(gè)側(cè)枝,第三花序時(shí)留2個(gè)側(cè)枝。開(kāi)花前2 d,每個(gè)單棟棚放養(yǎng)一箱蜂,置于距大棚北端5 m處,蜂箱高出草莓植株30 cm,蜂巢口朝南;連棟大棚應(yīng)按比例適當(dāng)增加放蜂量。當(dāng)有6~7個(gè)幼果處于小拇指大小時(shí)進(jìn)行疏花疏果;疏除畸形果、小花小果,根據(jù)品種特性、植株長(zhǎng)勢(shì)、市場(chǎng)需求、銷(xiāo)售模式,每花序留3~7個(gè)果。平整溝面,全園鋪上地膜或者防水地布,在第一花序開(kāi)花坐果后,用白網(wǎng)墊在畦兩側(cè)地膜上,將果面與地膜隔開(kāi)。
3.4 肥水管理
該品種長(zhǎng)勢(shì)中庸,定植前宜施足基肥,以菜餅、羊糞等有機(jī)肥為主,注意有機(jī)肥應(yīng)充分腐熟,以免燒苗。定植成活后視長(zhǎng)勢(shì)情況追肥,出新葉后滴施高氮型、高磷型水溶肥2~3 kg·666.7 m-2各1次、顯蕾期平衡型水溶肥2~3 kg·666.7 m-2,果實(shí)膨大后,間隔7~10 d滴灌高鉀型水溶肥,每666.7 m2灌水量500~800 kg,肥料濃度0.4%以?xún)?nèi)。結(jié)合噴藥可追施葉面肥補(bǔ)充中微量元素。結(jié)果后期,在2月中旬,追施1次平衡型肥。
3.5 棚溫管理
浙江省氣候條件下,當(dāng)最低溫度降至10 ℃時(shí),開(kāi)始鋪地膜、扣棚膜;當(dāng)最低溫度降至5 ℃時(shí)加蓋中棚膜保溫;當(dāng)最低溫度降至0 ℃時(shí),采用雙層膜保溫;最低溫度在-6 ℃時(shí),應(yīng)再加蓋小拱棚膜,或雙層膜保溫加其他加溫措施;最低氣溫降至-8 ℃以下時(shí),應(yīng)采用三層棚膜加其他加溫措施。果實(shí)發(fā)育進(jìn)入膨大期后,棚內(nèi)日溫控制在28 ℃以?xún)?nèi),夜間低溫保持在6~8 ℃果實(shí)品質(zhì)較好。
3.6 病蟲(chóng)害防治
病蟲(chóng)害防治遵循“預(yù)防為主,綜合防治”的原則,強(qiáng)化農(nóng)業(yè)防治、應(yīng)用物理防治、結(jié)合生物防控、輔以化學(xué)防治,提倡低量霧噴,減少用藥量,既保證草莓質(zhì)量安全,又能達(dá)到目標(biāo)產(chǎn)量。浙粉莓2號(hào)易感炭疽病,應(yīng)注意重點(diǎn)防治,其他病蟲(chóng)害采用常規(guī)防治方法即可。應(yīng)加強(qiáng)健壯栽培,保持植株抗性;合理控制棚內(nèi)濕度,實(shí)施全園覆膜,防止積水,加強(qiáng)通風(fēng);重點(diǎn)做好生長(zhǎng)前期至蓋膜前后的病蟲(chóng)害防治工作,草莓開(kāi)花結(jié)果后盡可能減少化學(xué)農(nóng)藥使用。
