白術厚樸湯化學成分的研究進展

【摘要】" 白術厚樸湯作為治療脾胃系統疾病的經典方劑，具有健脾除濕、溫陽止痛的功效，可用于治療多種消化系統疾病，且臨床療效顯著。目前，從白術厚樸湯中鑒定得到萜類、黃酮類、苯丙素類、多糖類、揮發油類、酚類、生物堿類、有機酸類、甾體類、蛋白質類和姜辣素類化合物。此外，白術厚樸湯中成分復雜，使用傳統實驗方法難以解析其藥效物質基礎和藥理作用機制。針對這一問題，提出了有利于白術厚樸湯科學依據的建議：利用生物信息學和機器學習方法建立活性成分-疾病模型，鑒定出白術厚樸湯治療疾病的主要藥效成分以及相關的藥效靶點，從而揭示白術厚樸湯的藥效物質基礎、藥理機制和作用靶點。

【Abstract】" Baizhu Houpo Decoction， as a classic prescription for treating diseases of the spleen and stomach system， has the functions of strengthening the spleen， eliminating dampness， warming yang and relieving pain. It can be used to treat various digestive system diseases and has significant clinical efficacy. Currently， terpenoids， flavonoids， phenylpropanoids， polysaccharides， volatile oils， phenols， alkaloids， organic acids， steroids， proteins and gingerol compounds have been identified from Baizhu Houpo Decoction. In addition， the composition of Baizhu Houpo Decoction is complex， and it is difficult to analyze its pharmacodynamic material basis and pharmacological mechanism by traditional experimental methods. To solve this problem， the author put forward some suggestions that are beneficial to the scientific basis of Baizhu Houpo Decoction： bioinformatics and machine learning methods are used to establish the active ingredients-disease model， identify the main pharmacodynamic components and related pharmacodynamic targets of Baizhu Houpo Decoction in the treatment of diseases， so as to reveal the pharmacodynamic material basis， pharmacological mechanism and action targets of Baizhu Houpo Decoction.

白術厚樸湯來源于《三因極一病證方論》卷五，由白術、姜厚樸、半夏（湯洗）、桂心、炮姜、炙甘草、青皮、藿香8味藥組成[1]。該方重在培土制水抑木，可用于治療脾土不足所致的運化異常相關證候，具有健脾除濕、溫陽止痛的功效，可用于治療多種消化系統疾病。隨著現代科學技術的發展以及對白術厚樸湯研究的不斷深入，發現其成分復雜、種類繁多，在臨床上被廣泛應用于胃炎、抑郁、高血壓、肺結節等疾病的治療[2-7]。近年來，隨著檢測技術的不斷發展，針對白術厚樸湯中的藥用物質基礎開展了大量的理化實驗和藥效學研究。為了更全面地總結這些研究，本文利用數據庫和文獻對白術厚樸湯相關的化學成分進行總結、梳理，旨在為進一步的臨床應用及新藥研發提供科學依據。……
