
摘 "要:近年來,雙速電機的使用逐漸加深,為提高雙速電機運行穩(wěn)定性,技術(shù)人員充分融合PLC技術(shù),對控制電路進行改造,保障雙速電機的安全運行。該文將以PLC技術(shù)下雙速電機運行控制電路的改造為研究課題,展開論述雙速電機的運行原理與電路改造過程。同時,不斷總結(jié)雙速電機控制電路的改造經(jīng)驗,完善繼電控制系統(tǒng),發(fā)揮系統(tǒng)功能,促進該領(lǐng)域的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

Abstract: In recent years, the use of the two-speed motor is gradually deepening. In order to improve the stability of the two-speed motor, technicians fully integrate the PLC technology to transform the control circuit to ensure the safe operation of the two-speed motor. This paper will take the transformation of the operation control circuit of the two-speed motor under the PLC technology as the research subject, and discuss the operation principle and circuit transformation process of the two-speed motor. At the same time, constantly summarize the transformation experience of the two-speed motor control circuit, improve the relay control system, give full play to the system function, and promote the sustainable development in this field.

工業(yè)生產(chǎn)需要先進的繼電控制系統(tǒng),對電氣線路進行優(yōu)化,滿足生產(chǎn)器械的電力使用需求。基于PLC的雙速電機控制能力加強,對器件進行穩(wěn)定控制,所需能耗較少,控制效果極佳,提高工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的效率。PLC技術(shù)充分融合計算機與數(shù)字技術(shù),編碼控制器得到廣泛應(yīng)用,有效代替繼電器使用,為雙速電機的電路改造提供技術(shù)支撐。
1 "PLC技術(shù)下雙速電機的運行原理
雙速電機是以轉(zhuǎn)子的形式運行,電機設(shè)備中具有定子,通過繞線的形式連接。定子繞組為三角形,這種形式極大地提高雙速電機運行的穩(wěn)定性。雙速電機低速運行中,電機內(nèi)部的定子繞組以特定方式連接,PLC可編碼控制器有效保障電動機高速運轉(zhuǎn)的需求,提高電機運動的穩(wěn)定性。另外,雙速電機的繼電器電路中,信號采集裝置與傳感器是其重要組成部分,控制器對采集的信號進行處理,不斷擴大配電機自動化技術(shù)的運用范圍,提高復(fù)合技術(shù)的應(yīng)用水平,實現(xiàn)電子技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新與應(yīng)用。……
