



摘 "要:微表處技術是我國公路養護中常用的方法,由于成本低廉、交通封閉時間短、環境污染性小而受到公路養護單位的青睞。此種養護方式可以通過預防性養護避免高速公路路面出現嚴重損壞,可以有效延長公路路面的使用壽命,降低高速公路養護的時間成本及人工成本。為明確高速公路養護中微表處技術的應用成效,該文結合某高速公路養護實例,從前期準備、施工操作、質量控制3個方面闡述高速公路養護中微表處技術的具體用法,并對養護施工后的路面進行驗收檢測,分析高速公路養護中微表處養護技術的應用效益,旨在為其他高速公路養護處理中有效應用微表處技術提供參考。

Abstract: Micro-surfacing technology is a commonly used method in highway maintenance in our country, which is favored by highway maintenance units because of its low cost, short traffic closure time and little environmental pollution. This maintenance method can avoid serious damage to highway pavement through preventive maintenance, effectively prolong the service life of highway pavement, and reduce the time cost and labor cost of highway maintenance. In order to clarify the application effect of micro-surfacing technology in expressway maintenance, combined with an example of expressway maintenance, this paper expounds the specific usage of micro-surfacing technology in expressway maintenance from three aspects: preliminary preparation, construction operation and quality control. In addition, the pavement after maintenance construction is tested, and the application benefit of micro-surfacing maintenance technology in expressway maintenance is analyzed. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the effective application of micro-surfacing technology in the maintenance of other expressways.

道路養護是延長公路壽命、保障公路正常運行的重要手段。高速公路養護技術有矯正性養護、預防性養護2種[1]。相比之下,預防性養護對于道路破損具有良好的預防抑制功效,并能有效節約道路養護成本。微表處技術是操作便捷、成本低廉且可機械化開展的預防性養護技術,此技術應用時需要利用級配適合的集料,并按照試驗配合比制作高性能混合料,進而對路面面層損壞處進行預防性養護處理,可以增強路面耐磨性及抗耗性,且能節約集料使用量,還可減少混合料空隙率、降低路面噪音,由于使用了高粘附性的改性瀝青,還能有效預防路面水損壞,能夠節約施工成本、降低施工污染,因而在高速公路養護中具有較高的應用價值?!?br>
