摘" 要:鋼結(jié)構(gòu)因其能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)的結(jié)構(gòu)跨度大、重量較輕、結(jié)構(gòu)類型豐富、施工速度相對較快,在工業(yè)建筑中得到廣泛的應用,尤其是在大跨度廠房中得到有效應用。但是大跨度鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房施工不同于傳統(tǒng)的鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),其存在著新的特征和安全風險,要保證大跨度鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房施工活動的安全開展,就需要在施工活動開始之前以及施工過程中有效地對于這些安全風險進行識別,并采取合理的控制措施。該文以佛山港了哥山港區(qū)本港作業(yè)區(qū)碼頭二期工程(A區(qū))項目為例,就大跨度鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房施工過程中的安全風險識別以及相應的控制措施進行研究和探討。

Abstract: Due to its large span, light weight, rich structural types and relatively fast construction speed, steel structure has been widely used in industrial buildings, especially in long-span factory buildings. However, the construction of long-span steel structure factory building is different from the traditional reinforced concrete structure, which has new characteristics and safety risks. In order to ensure the safe development of the construction activities of long-span steel structure factory building, it is necessary to effectively identify these safety risks before and during the construction process, and take reasonable control measures. Taking the second phase of the wharf project (zone A) in the Liaoge Mountain port area of Foshan as an example, this paper studies and discusses the safety risk identification and corresponding control measures in the construction of long-span steel structure factory building.

相較于鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)而言,大跨度鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房的施工速度更快,但是在其施工過程中,安全仍然是一個不可忽視的問題,大跨度鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房仍然會面臨諸多的施工安全風險。相較于鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)而言,大跨度鋼結(jié)構(gòu)在施工材料、工藝流程等方面都存在較大差異,由此而帶來的施工安全風險點也有所不同,因此在進行大跨度鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房施工的過程中,就必須要結(jié)合其實際特征,采取有效的施工安全防控措施,避免安全事故的發(fā)生。
