摘" 要:延遲焦化裝置可以將石油焦去除,同時(shí)符合節(jié)能環(huán)保的工作理念,因此當(dāng)前在石油化工行業(yè)廣泛利用延遲焦化裝置。因?yàn)檠舆t焦化裝置加熱爐處于高溫和高壓的環(huán)境中,再加上材料自身特征的影響,因此在鉻鉬合金鋼管道中經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)裂紋等問(wèn)題,影響到設(shè)備運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性。因此,需要加強(qiáng)研究延遲焦化裝置加熱爐鉻鉬合金鋼管道焊接技術(shù),針對(duì)當(dāng)前存在的問(wèn)題提出針對(duì)性改進(jìn)措施,對(duì)于實(shí)際工作起到參考作用。

Abstract: Delayed coking unit can remove petroleum coke and conforms to the working concept of energy saving and environmental protection, so delayed coking unit is widely used in petrochemical industry. Because the heating furnace of delayed coking unit is in the environment of high temperature and high pressure, coupled with the influence of material characteristics, cracks and other problems often occur in chromium-molybdenum alloy steel pipe, which affect the stability of equipment operation. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the research on the welding technology of chromium-molybdenum alloy steel pipe in the reheating furnace of delayed coking unit, and put forward corresponding improvement measures in view of the existing problems, which can be used as a reference for practical work.

鉻鉬合金鋼具有較高的強(qiáng)度和耐腐蝕性,因此主要作為高溫高壓容器的原材料。延遲焦化裝置的鉻鉬合金鋼管道需要滿足高溫高壓條件,同時(shí)要具備較長(zhǎng)的使用壽命,因此需要保障鉻鉬合金鋼管道焊接質(zhì)量。本文針對(duì)延遲焦化裝置加熱爐鉻鉬合金鋼管道的焊接技術(shù)提出針對(duì)性的優(yōu)化措施,提高延遲焦化裝置應(yīng)用的科學(xué)性。
1" 鉻鉬合金鋼管道的材料特點(diǎn)
①高耐腐蝕性:通過(guò)添加鉻和鉬,可以使鋼材料的耐腐蝕性得以提升,在腐蝕性環(huán)境中,可以增強(qiáng)鉻鉬合金鋼管道的耐受力。②耐高溫性:通過(guò)引入鉬,可以使鋼材料的抗高溫性能得以提高,因此可以在高溫環(huán)境中利用鉻鉬合金鋼管道[1]。③良好的機(jī)械特性:鉻鉬合金鋼的強(qiáng)度和韌性比較顯著,同時(shí)還具有顯著的抗拉強(qiáng)度和抗壓強(qiáng)度等?!?br>
