摘" 要:濰河作為峽山水庫上游主要水源,沿線分布的眾多污水處理廠排放的中水嚴重影響水庫及河道水質,不能滿足水源地水質目標Ⅲ類以上的要求,亟需對入河中水實施集中收集、引調利用。該文全面介紹濰河中水收集管道工程的平面總體布置與設計指標,從管道水力計算、管材選擇、橫斷面設計、施工要求和交叉建筑物設計等方面對該工程的設計方案進行闡述和分析,可為其他中水收集工程設計提供參考借鑒。

Abstract: The Weihe River is the main water source in the upper reaches of the Xiashan Reservoir. There are many sewage treatment plants along the Weihe River, and the discharged reclaimed water seriously affects the water quality of reservoirs and rivers. Therefore, the water quality of the Weihe River cannot meet the requirements of above class III of water quality target of water source, and it is urgent to implement centralized collection, diversion and utilization of reclaimed water entering Hanoi. This paper introduces the overall layout and design index of reclaimed water collection pipeline project in the Weihe River, expounds and analyzes the design scheme of this project from the aspects of pipeline hydraulic calculation, pipe selection, cross section design, construction requirements and cross building design, etc., which can provide reference for other reclaimed water collection project design.

峽山水庫作為山東最大的人工水庫,是山東省級戰略水源地和膠東地區調蓄樞紐[1],具有供水、防洪、灌溉等功能,是國家一級飲用水水源保護區。濰河是其主要入庫水源,入庫河流水質較差[2],沿線分布銀河、舜河、舜王、鑫興、百尺河和昌城等污水處理廠,中水排入一直以來威脅著峽山水庫水質安全[2]。隨著經濟社會發展,入河中水排放量逐年加大[1],中水直排入河更是加劇了水源地的水生態保護與修復壓力。為保障峽山水庫戰略水源地及上、下游輸水河道水質安全,進而保障濰坊市及膠東半島地區的供水安全,緩解濰坊市中心城區主要景觀河道生態用水短缺形勢,并相繼為工程沿線提供工農業用水、為濱海城區白浪河提供生態用水,達到置換優質水源使用指標、壓減地下水開采量、改善水生態環境的目的,濰坊市委、市政府實施了峽山水庫戰略水源地水質提升保護輸配水工程[3],濰河中水收集管道工程是其重要組成部分[4]。……
