摘" 要:該文探究超聲回彈法在再生骨料混凝土強度檢測中的應用。采用對照試驗法,使用再生骨料和水泥、外加劑等配制再生骨料混凝土,并制作標準試件,經過28 d養護后使用不同方法測定其抗壓強度。以壓力試驗機測定的再生骨料混凝土試塊抗壓強度作為標準值,將回彈法和超聲回彈法測定的抗壓強度作為對照值,觀察測定誤差進而判斷2種方法的優劣。分析試驗數據可知,使用回彈法測定試塊的抗壓強度,測量值與標準值的誤差為1.45%;使用超聲回彈法測定試塊的抗壓強度,測量值與標準值的誤差為0.49%。由此可得,超聲回彈法在測定再生骨料混凝土抗壓強度方面精度更高,能夠為再生骨料混凝土的制備與應用提供參考。

Abstract: This paper explores the application of ultrasonic rebound method in the strength testing of recycled aggregate concrete. Using the control test method, recycled aggregate concrete was prepared with recycled aggregate, cement and admixture, and standard specimens were made. After 28 days of curing, different methods were used to determine its compressive strength. The compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete test blocks measured by the pressure testing machine is taken as the standard value, and the compressive strength measured by rebound method and ultrasonic rebound method is taken as the control value to observe the measurement error and judge the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods. The analysis of the test data shows that the compressive strength of the test block is measured by the rebound method, and the error between the measured value and the standard value is 1.45%; the error between the measured value and the standard value is 0.49% when the ultrasonic rebound method is used to determine the compressive strength of the test block. As a result, the ultrasonic rebound method is more accurate in measuring the compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete, and can provide reference for the preparation and application of recycled aggregate concrete.
