摘" 要:隨著快遞行業(yè)進(jìn)入高速發(fā)展階段,通過人力完成快遞包裹的分揀已經(jīng)滿足不了發(fā)展的需求,而自動(dòng)化單件分離系統(tǒng)可自動(dòng)將雜亂混堆的包裹按照有序間距排成一列,為后續(xù)包裹掃碼、稱重及分揀等做準(zhǔn)備,大大提高分揀效率。該文針對(duì)全自動(dòng)化快遞包裹視覺單件分離系統(tǒng)在長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行過程中表現(xiàn)出來的問題,優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)主要系統(tǒng)模塊:?jiǎn)渭蛛x模塊、居中模塊、靠邊模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)化妝品包裹分離系統(tǒng)設(shè)備生產(chǎn)線的高可用性。

Abstract: As the express delivery industry has entered a stage of rapid development, the sorting of express parcels by manpower can no longer meet the needs of development. The automatic single-piece separation system can automatically arrange the messy parcels into a row according to the orderly spacing, which can prepare for subsequent package scanning, weighing and sorting, and greatly improve the sorting efficiency. Aiming at the problems shown in the long-term operation of the fully automatic express package visual single-piece separation system, this paper optimizes the design of the main system modules: single-piece separation module, center module and side module to achieve high availability of cosmetic package separation system equipment production line.

根據(jù)國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局?jǐn)?shù)據(jù),2021年全國(guó)快遞業(yè)務(wù)量達(dá)到1 083億件,直至2023年創(chuàng)紀(jì)錄地首次突破1 200億件大關(guān)。面對(duì)如此巨大的快遞市場(chǎng),各大快遞企業(yè)紛紛在國(guó)內(nèi)許多不同的地方建立了大量快遞包裹分揀中心。由于人力成本高且分揀包裹的效率低,已不能滿足市場(chǎng)需求,而各類全自動(dòng)化快遞包裹分揀生產(chǎn)線設(shè)備的出現(xiàn),大大提高了分揀效率。該設(shè)備生產(chǎn)線一般由拆疊模塊、散射模塊、并行分離模塊、居中模塊和靠邊模塊等組成,通過各模塊的協(xié)同配合將雜亂的快遞包裹有序排列。
1" 問題分析
在上述設(shè)備生產(chǎn)線的使用過程中,相關(guān)模塊的設(shè)計(jì)缺陷已經(jīng)凸現(xiàn)出來。因此,設(shè)計(jì)出一種能夠在分揀中心長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行且對(duì)快遞包裹零損壞的低成本自動(dòng)化包裹分離系統(tǒng)設(shè)備生產(chǎn)線已迫在眉睫?!?br>
