企業制度樹數智化平臺構建研究

摘" 要：該文旨在構建基于樹型結構的制度管理體系，實現煙草企業制度文件的數字化管理，推動企業制度管理的標準化和現代化建設。通過聚焦制度文件管理數字化，構建數智化基礎平臺，并引入深度學習技術，構建制度關系圖譜、智能分類、精準化管理與智能化執行等功能，實現采購合同的智能化管理、制度風險的預測和評估等應用功能，有效提升企業制度管理的水平和效率。該研究為煙草企業制度管理的數智化融合提供重要支撐，有助于加快行業現代化建設進程。

Abstract： Based on the tree-structured institutional management system， this paper focuses on the digitizedinstitutional document management， and builds a digital intelligence infrastructure platform for tobacco enterprises from the perspectives of management functions and user functions. On this basis， it uses deep learning technology to build application functions such as institutional relationship mapping， intelligent classification of institutions， precision management and intelligent execution， smart management of procurement contracts， and prediction and evaluation of institutional risks， in order to improve the level and efficiency of enterprise system management. This study provides an important support for the digital intelligence integration of tobacco enterprise system management， and helps to speed up the process of industry modernization.

隨著信息技術的快速發展和企業規模的擴大，傳統的制度管理方式已逐漸顯示出其局限性和不足。龐大的制度體系、復雜的流程環節及不斷增加的制度更新需求，都使得制度管理變得異常復雜和繁瑣[1-2]。為了提高管理效率、降低管理成本并適應數字化時代的發展需求，企業開始探索將數字技術和信息系統應用于制度管理之中，從而催生了制度數字化這一新的管理方式。制度數字化是利用數字技術和信息系統建立和管理制度的一種方式，通過將制度的全生命周期各環節數字化，可以提高制度的執行效率、透明度、可控性。……
