摘" 要:低露點控制技術是指通過去除或降低空氣中的水分或其他成分,使得空氣在溫度下降時不會產生液態水滴。該文綜述冷凍除濕、溶液除濕、膜除濕和轉輪除濕等技術的原理、特點和應用領域,分析各種技術在不同工況下能夠實現的露點控制極限,以及空間密封性對于低溫下露點控制的重要性。該文指出,低露點控制技術在多個領域都有著廣泛的應用前景,但在低溫領域的研究尚需深入,通過不同技術手段的結合與優化,將有望實現更低露點的控制,促進這些領域的發展和提升產品質量。

Abstract: Low dew point control technology refers to the removal or reduction of moisture or other components in the air, preventing the formation of liquid water droplets as the temperature decreases. This paper reviews the principles, characteristics, and application areas of technologies such as refrigeration dehumidification, solution dehumidification, membrane dehumidification, and rotary wheel dehumidification. The analysis includes the dew point control limits achievable by various technologies under different conditions and emphasizes the importance of air tightness for dew point control at low temperatures. This paper points out that low dew point control technology has broad prospects in multiple fields, but further research is needed in low-temperature applications. Combining and optimizing different technical approaches may achieve even lower dew point control, promoting advancements in these fields and enhancing product quality.

露點是一種反映氣體狀態的重要參數,它在相對濕度較小的環境下可精確表征環境水蒸氣含量[1]。低露點控制技術旨在從空氣中去除或減少水分或其他成分,以確保在降溫時防止液體凝結。它在很多領域都具有廣泛應用,如圖1所示。
在農業領域,通過控制低露點可以有效地降低養殖環境中的空氣濕度和溫度,創造一個更為舒適的養殖環境;在氣象領域,對高空氣體(包括對流層和平流層)的水分或其他成分進行低露點控制的技術研究,有助于建立大氣分析模型,探索衛星遙感、激光在大氣中的傳播以及卷云對地球輻射的作用;……
