改良肌皮瓣法聯合眶隔固定術在眼袋整形中的效果

[摘 要]目的 探究在眼袋整形中采用改良肌皮瓣法聯合眶隔固定術的臨床效果。方法 選取2023年1月-12月于重慶華美整形美容外科醫院進行眼袋整形的70例患者為研究對象，根據手術方法不同分為對照組和觀察組，各35例。對照組采用傳統肌皮瓣法治療，觀察組采用改良肌皮瓣法聯合眶隔固定術治療，比較兩組臨床相關指標、臨床療效、眼部相關指標、并發癥發生情況、患者滿意度。結果 觀察組手術時間長于對照組，術中出血量多于對照組，拆線時間短于對照組（P<0.05）；觀察組總有效率為97.14%，高于對照組的80.00%（P<0.05）；觀察組術后瞼袋程度、下瞼皺紋評分低于對照組，皮膚美觀度評分高于對照組（P<0.05）；觀察組并發癥發生率為5.71%，低于對照組的22.86%（P<0.05）；觀察組患者滿意度為97.14%，高于對照組的77.14%（P<0.05）。結論 在眼袋整形中采用改良肌皮瓣法聯合眶隔固定術能夠縮短患者恢復時間，提升臨床療效，改善患者眼部相關指標，降低并發癥發生風險，提升患者滿意度。

Effect of Modified Myocutaneous Flap Combined with Orbital Septum Fixation in Eye Bag Plastic Surgery

[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified myocutaneous flap combined with orbital septum fixation in eye bag plastic surgery. Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent eye bag plastic surgery in Chongqing Huamei Plastic Surgery Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the different surgical methods， they were divided into control group and observation group， with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional myocutaneous flap method， and the observation group was treated with modified myocutaneous flap method combined with orbital septum fixation. The clinical related indexes， clinical efficacy， eye related indexes， complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group， the intraoperative blood loss was more than that of the control group， and the suture removal time was shorter than that of the control group （P<0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%， which was higher than 80.00% of the control group （P<0.05）. The degree of eyelid bag and lower eyelid wrinkle score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， and the skin aesthetics score was higher than that in the control group （P<0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.71%， which was lower than 22.86% in the control group （P<0.05）. The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 97.14%， which was higher than 77.14% in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion The use of modified myocutaneous flap combined with orbital septum fixation in eye bag plastic surgery can shorten the recovery time of patients， improve the clinical efficacy， improve the relevant indicators of patients’ eyes， reduce the risk of complications， and improve patient satisfaction.

瞼袋（eye bag）主要由眼瞼皮膚松弛、脂肪堆積、眶隔松弛以及眼下組織水腫等引起，常見于下眼瞼區域，會對面部美觀造成影響[1]。整形手術是治療眼袋的有效手段，通過去除下眼瞼多余組織和脂肪，達到修復的目的。臨床常采用肌皮瓣法改善患者眼袋問題，不僅能去除多余皮膚，還能減少對肌肉的損傷，保持肌纖維的彈性和張力，但該術式可能出現下瞼外翻、下瞼萎縮等不良反應[2]。……
