老年2型糖尿病護(hù)理中人文關(guān)懷護(hù)理的應(yīng)用效果研討

【摘要】目的：研討老年2型糖尿病護(hù)理中人文關(guān)懷護(hù)理的應(yīng)用效果。方法：研究時(shí)間定在2020年1月—2023年10月，納入此間院內(nèi)接收的老年2型糖尿病患者展開分析，且共78例，對(duì)其隨機(jī)分組，39例開展傳統(tǒng)護(hù)理者歸為傳統(tǒng)組，39例開展人文關(guān)懷護(hù)理者歸為觀察組。對(duì)兩組負(fù)性情緒評(píng)分、血糖指標(biāo)、遵醫(yī)用藥率及遵醫(yī)飲食率進(jìn)行對(duì)照分析。結(jié)果：護(hù)理前，兩組負(fù)性情緒評(píng)分和血糖指標(biāo)對(duì)比結(jié)果提示差異無意義（P>0.05）；護(hù)理后，觀察組的負(fù)性情緒評(píng)分與血糖指標(biāo)均低于傳統(tǒng)組（P<0.05）。觀察組的遵醫(yī)用藥率和遵醫(yī)飲食率均高于傳統(tǒng)組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：人文關(guān)懷護(hù)理能夠明顯降低老年2型糖尿病患者的血糖指標(biāo)，同時(shí)，還可緩解負(fù)性情緒，更好地遵醫(yī)用藥，維持病情穩(wěn)定，值得參考應(yīng)用。

Discussion on the application effect of humanistic care in nursing care of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes

【Abstract】Objective：To study the application effect of humanistic care in nursing care of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods：The study was conducted from January 2020 to October 2023.A total of 78 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to this hospital were analyzed.They were randomly divided into the traditional group of 39 patients who carried out traditional nursing care and the observation group of 39 patients who carried out humanistic care.Comparative analysis was conducted on negative emotional scores，blood sugar indexes，medication compliance rate and dietary compliance rate between the two groups.Results：Before nursing，the comparison of negative emotion scores and blood glucose indicators between the two groups showed no significant difference （P>0.05）；After nursing，the negative emotional scores and blood glucose indicators of the observation group were lower than those of the traditional group （P<0.05）.The medication adherence rate and dietary adherence rate in the observation group were higher than those in the traditional group （P<0.05）.Conclusion：Humanistic care can significantly reduce the blood sugar indicators of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes，and at the same time，it can also alleviate negative emotions，better comply with medical treatment，maintain the stability of the condition，and is worthy of reference and application.

老年人由于年齡較高，各組織器官功能減退，自身免疫力下降，容易受飲食及遺傳因素影響產(chǎn)生2型糖尿病[1]。血糖升高為該病的特點(diǎn)，患病后可表現(xiàn)為口渴、排尿增多、體重下降等癥狀，如未積極治療，體內(nèi)長期維持高血糖環(huán)境，各臟器可發(fā)生嚴(yán)重病變，嚴(yán)重者失去生命[2]。對(duì)于此類患者而言，降糖藥物治療較多用，但少數(shù)患者對(duì)藥物知識(shí)了解不足，未能較好地遵醫(yī)用藥，血糖控制不佳，病情易進(jìn)展。此外，患者還可由于病痛折磨出現(xiàn)負(fù)性情緒，不利于其身心健康[3]。為減少以上情況，為患者采取適宜護(hù)理方式十分必要。筆者以2020年1月—2023年10月我院接收的78例老年2型糖尿病患者為研究對(duì)象，探討其開展人文關(guān)懷護(hù)理的效果，現(xiàn)將研究內(nèi)容報(bào)道如下。……
