論人工智能技術在高校檔案服務平臺建設中的應用

摘 要：人工智能技術賦能高校檔案服務平臺建設，有利于提高高校檔案管理工作的效率，促進高校檔案利用與服務水平的提升。文章分析了人工智能應用于高校檔案服務平臺建設的必要性，從高校檔案工作的收集、管理、利用三個方面闡述了人工智能技術在高校檔案服務平臺建設中的應用，在此基礎上總結出人工智能技術應用于高校檔案服務平臺建設時面臨的問題，并提出了相應的優化建議，以期為人工智能技術更好地賦能高校檔案工作提供參考和啟示。

On the Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology in the Development of University Archival Service Platforms

Abstract： Artificial intelligence technology empowers the development of university archival service platforms， which is conducive to improving the efficiency of university archival management and promoting the improvement of university archives utilization and service levels. This paper analyzes the necessity of artificial intelligence application to the development of university archival service platforms， expounds the application of artificial intelligence technology in the development of university archival service platforms from three aspects： collection， management and utilization of university archives， summarizes the problems faced by artificial intelligence technology in the development of university archival service platforms， and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions， in order to provide reference and enlightenment for the application of artificial intelligence technology in better empowering archival undertakings in universities .

人工智能是研究開發能夠模擬、延伸和擴展人類智能的理論、方法、技術及應用系統的一門新的技術科學[1]，簡單地說，人工智能可以通過計算機模擬人類大腦處理問題的思維方式，來幫助人類處理復雜的、不可預知的事務[2]。近年來，隨著人工智能技術的高速發展，高校開始向“智慧校園”轉型升級。[3]高校檔案部門抓住機遇，不斷嘗試利用人工智能技術對高校檔案信息進行智能化收集、管理和利用，立足高校檔案服務平臺建設，推動優質檔案資源的深度開發利用與開放共享，提升新時代高校檔案信息服務的能力。
