檔案工作者數(shù)智素養(yǎng)：出場背景、內(nèi)涵構(gòu)成與培育方略

摘 要：文章著眼于檔案數(shù)智化轉(zhuǎn)型對檔案工作者素養(yǎng)的新要求，提出“檔案工作者數(shù)智素養(yǎng)”的概念，即檔案工作者將數(shù)智科技運用于檔案工作，破解其中的各種問題，助推檔案工作轉(zhuǎn)型與變革所具備的情意、知識和能力等因素的集合，主要由數(shù)智意識、數(shù)智知識、數(shù)智技能、數(shù)智態(tài)度和數(shù)智倫理構(gòu)成。它的培育需要檔案工作者、檔案業(yè)務(wù)單位和政府部門協(xié)同發(fā)力。

Data-intelligence Literacy of Archivists： Background， Connotation Composition and Cultivation Strategies

Abstract： Focusing on the new requirements of digital and intelligent transformation of archives for the performance and capacities of archivists， the concept of data-intelligence literacy of archivists is proposed. It is defined as the collection of emotions， knowledge， and abilities that archivists possess when applying data-intelligence technology to archival undertakings to solve various problems and promote the transformation and innovation of archival undertakings. It is believed that it mainly consists of dataintelligence consciousness， data-intelligence knowledge， data-intelligence skills， data-intelligence attitude， and data-intelligence ethics. Its cultivation requires the collaborative efforts of archivists， archival organizations， and relevant government departments.

檔案工作者是檔案工作的主體，其素養(yǎng)的高低直接關(guān)系到檔案事業(yè)發(fā)展的速度與質(zhì)量。當(dāng)前，隨著新一輪科技革命和產(chǎn)業(yè)變革的深入發(fā)展，以5G、大數(shù)據(jù)、云計算、人工智能、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等為核心的數(shù)智科技推動信息生態(tài)空間邁入數(shù)智化發(fā)展的新階段，并持續(xù)影響著檔案工作的方方面面。為了有效應(yīng)對這一變革帶來的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇，充分發(fā)揮數(shù)智科技在檔案事業(yè)中的賦能作用，提升檔案工作者的素養(yǎng)迫在眉睫。故而，檔案工作者素養(yǎng)提升問題引起了學(xué)界和業(yè)界的關(guān)注，相關(guān)探討也日益增多。歸納起來，研究內(nèi)容主要有三個方面：一是著眼于社會智慧化發(fā)展趨勢，分別闡述面向智慧城市、智慧校園的檔案工作者信息素養(yǎng)需求及提升舉措[1]；二是面對大數(shù)據(jù)時代的沖擊，尋求大數(shù)據(jù)背景下檔案工作者的素養(yǎng)更新，主要涉及檔案人員數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)提升的緣由、檔案人員數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)的內(nèi)容及其存在問題和提升對策等[2-3]；……
