摘 要 隨著管道長(zhǎng)時(shí)間運(yùn)行,油氣管道內(nèi)壁會(huì)出現(xiàn)不同程度的腐蝕、凹點(diǎn)、裂紋、結(jié)垢及磨蝕等缺陷,需要及時(shí)維修或者更換。針對(duì)油田管道內(nèi)壁腐蝕特點(diǎn),提出了一種新的基于蒙特卡洛方法的管道安全評(píng)估模型。首先用管道內(nèi)檢測(cè)儀器對(duì)目標(biāo)管道進(jìn)行內(nèi)檢測(cè),獲取相關(guān)缺陷的具體數(shù)據(jù),然后在分析數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上預(yù)測(cè)腐蝕缺陷生長(zhǎng)規(guī)律,最后基于安全預(yù)警模型對(duì)管道內(nèi)腐蝕進(jìn)行安全評(píng)價(jià),預(yù)判管道失效年限。

Abstract?? With the long?term operation of the pipeline, the inner wall of the oil & gas pipeline encounters with different corrosions, concave points, cracks, scaling, abrasion and other defects, which need to be repaired or replaced in time. In this paper, a new pipeline safety evaluation model based on Monte Carlo method was proposed, in which, having the target pipeline inspected by the in?pipe detector to obtain specific data of related defects, and then, on the basis of analyzing these data, the growth law of corrosion defects was predicted and finally, based on the safety warning model, the internal corrosion of the pipeline was evaluated and its failure time was predicted.

近年來,中國(guó)已成為世界范圍內(nèi)最大的能源生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)國(guó),能源利用效率逐年穩(wěn)步提升。在能源儲(chǔ)運(yùn)領(lǐng)域,應(yīng)用范圍最廣且可以保證安全的運(yùn)輸方式為管道運(yùn)輸。相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,截至2020年底,我國(guó)油氣管道總里程已經(jīng)達(dá)到16.5萬(wàn)公里,其中原油管線為3.1萬(wàn)公里,成品油管線3.2萬(wàn)公里,天然氣管道10.2萬(wàn)公里,全國(guó)油氣管線已基本成網(wǎng)。但油氣管道運(yùn)行安全問題日益增多,影響油氣管道運(yùn)行安全的因素諸多[1~4],其中腐蝕、第三方破壞、施工缺陷、材料失效等原因引發(fā)的泄漏事故頻頻發(fā)生,造成管道失效的主要原因是腐蝕、材料失效和設(shè)備失效。……
