Abstract： The closure pipe of the floating production storage and offloading unit （FPSO） is a key component for pipeline connection， and its installation quality directly affects the stability and safety of the entire FPSO system. This article delves into the installation plan of FPSO closure pipes， providing a detailed analysis of various aspects such as pipe construction accuracy， selection of closure pipe types， design schemes for different types of closure pipes， installation steps and quality control. It provides a scientific， reasonable and efficient implementation plan for the installation of FPSO closure pipes， which can provide useful reference and inspiration for similar projects.

隨著全球?qū)δ茉葱枨蟮牟粩嘣鲩L，海洋油氣資源的開發(fā)日益受到重視。FPSO作為深海及遠海油氣田開發(fā)的關鍵設備，其重要性不言而喻。合攏管作為FPSO的核心部件之一，其安裝質(zhì)量直接關系到整個系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和安全性。因此，對FPSO合攏管安裝方案進行深入研究，對于提升FPSO整體性能、保障海洋油氣開發(fā)項目的順利進行具有重要意義。
