農(nóng)村物流金融發(fā)展困境及對(duì)策研究

摘" 要：伴隨著農(nóng)村的發(fā)展、現(xiàn)代物流的產(chǎn)生以及金融行業(yè)的擴(kuò)張，農(nóng)村物流金融得到了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展。發(fā)展農(nóng)村物流金融利于培育農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)新增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)，是化解“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題的必要舉措之一。農(nóng)村物流金融作為一種新興領(lǐng)域，未來(lái)發(fā)展將會(huì)面臨眾多挑戰(zhàn)。文章闡述了當(dāng)下我國(guó)農(nóng)村物流金融發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和面臨的困境，并針對(duì)性地提出了促進(jìn)我國(guó)農(nóng)村物流金融發(fā)展的對(duì)策，以期能為我國(guó)理論與實(shí)踐行者們提供有效的建議。

Abstract： Along with the development of rural areas， the emergence of modern logistics and the expansion of the financial industry， rural logistics finance has been developed significantly. The development of rural logistics finance is conducive to fostering new growth points in rural economy and is one of the necessary measures to solve the problems of \"three rural areas\". As an emerging field， the future development of rural logistics finance will face many challenges. This study describes the current situation and dilemmas faced by the development of rural logistics finance in China， and proposes countermeasures to promote the development of rural logistics finance in China， in order to provide effective suggestions for theoretical and practical practitioners in China.

0" 引" 言

隨著我國(guó)物流體系的不斷完善，農(nóng)村物流產(chǎn)業(yè)得到了社會(huì)多方的關(guān)注。農(nóng)村物流作為現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要分支，是連接城市與農(nóng)村資源流動(dòng)的重要紐帶，是活躍我國(guó)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的密鑰，是化解“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題的必要舉措。農(nóng)村物流（Rural Logistics）概念是與城市物流相對(duì)的概念，是指為農(nóng)村居民經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)提供運(yùn)輸、搬運(yùn)裝卸、包裝、加工、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)等相關(guān)活動(dòng)，成為農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)生活用品向內(nèi)投遞、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品向外輸出雙向流通的重要通道。2021年7月，國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)《關(guān)于加快農(nóng)村寄遞物流體系建設(shè)的意見(jiàn)》，意見(jiàn)指出農(nóng)村寄遞物流是滿足農(nóng)民群眾生產(chǎn)生活需要、釋放農(nóng)村消費(fèi)力的重要渠道。加快建設(shè)農(nóng)村寄遞物流體系，對(duì)農(nóng)村發(fā)展具有重大意義。

金融是活絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)的“活水”，物流業(yè)是支撐國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。近年來(lái)，金融業(yè)與物流業(yè)的良性結(jié)合，物流金融（Logistics Finance）成為了越來(lái)越多學(xué)者關(guān)注的領(lǐng)域?！?br>
