




Fresh Produce Supply Chain Performance Assessment Based on Intuitionistic Hesitant Fuzzy VIKOR Method

摘" 要:隨著零售業(yè)態(tài)的升級演化與低碳經(jīng)濟的應運而生,產(chǎn)業(yè)結構呈現(xiàn)向綠色傾斜的趨勢,對供應鏈提出更高的要求。文章構建了新零售企業(yè)綠色供應鏈績效評價預選的指標體系。運用直覺猶豫模糊VIKOR法對評價指標體系進行篩選和優(yōu)化,最終構建生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品新零售企業(yè)綠色供應鏈績效評價指標體系。然后構建一個采用離差最大化賦權法確定評估的指標權重,構建直覺猶豫模糊法與VIKOR法多種方法相結合的模糊綜合評價體系模型。最終以盒馬鮮生為例進行實證分析,驗證績效評估指標體系和評估模型的客觀性和適用性。

Abstract: With the upgrading and evolution of the retail industry and the emergence of low-carbon economy, the industrial structure has shown a trend towards green, placing higher demands on the supply chain. This paper constructs a pre-selected index system for evaluating the green supply chain performance of new retail enterprises. And use the intuitionistic hesitation fuzzy VIKOR method evaluation index system for selection and optimization, and finally build fresh agricultural products new retail enterprises green supply chain performance evaluation index system. Then, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system model is established which uses the deviation maximization weighting method to determine the index weights for assessment and uses the intuitionistic hesitancy fuzzy method and VIKOR method for comprehensive evaluation. Finally, an empirical analysis is conducted to verify the applicability and objectivity of the performance evaluation index system and the evaluation model, using the example of Freshippo.

隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展以及在疫情的影響下,我國的生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售方式逐漸從線下為主向線上轉(zhuǎn)移,生鮮電商和生鮮超市快速發(fā)展,市場價值不斷提高,新零售生鮮電商的認可度和被接受度不斷提高,表明生鮮電商擁有巨大的發(fā)展市場。并且隨著盒馬鮮生在全國各地的線下門店不斷增多,盒馬鮮生、叮咚買菜等逐漸成為我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品新零售行業(yè)的指向標,因此使用直覺猶豫模糊VIKOR方法對盒馬鮮生供應鏈的績效進行評估分析,得出準確結論,能夠?qū)ιr農(nóng)產(chǎn)品新零售模式提供重要參考價值。
已有國內(nèi)外學者對綠色供應鏈進行了研究,主要體現(xiàn)在三個方面:一是綠色供應鏈發(fā)展效率的影響因素。如廖小菲等人[1]運用Tobit回歸模型探究了綠色供應鏈發(fā)展效率的影響因素。……
