
Research on Pricing Decision of Crowdsourcing Logistics Services from the Perspective of Competition and Cooperation

摘" 要:眾包物流服務的定價在其未來發展運營中有著極大的影響。文章基于雙邊市場理論,以眾包物流平臺與物流服務供應方利潤最大化為目標,考慮二者競爭與合作的情況,構建物流服務需求方的效用函數,眾包物流平臺與物流服務供應方的利潤函數,以此為基礎探討了競合視閾下眾包物流服務定價決策模型。研究發現:需求方的組間網絡外部性影響平臺與供應方的定價及利潤;在合作決策情況下,平臺對需求方收取注冊費升高,利潤降低;供應方對物流運輸服務費定價降低,利潤升高,二者總體利潤增加。

Abstract: The pricing of crowdsourced logistics services has a great impact on its future operations. Based on the two-sided market theory, this paper aims to maximize the profit of crowdsourcing logistics platform and logistics service provider, considers the competition and cooperation between the two, constructs the utility function of logistics service demander and the profit function of crowdsourcing logistics platform and logistics service provider, and discusses the pricing decision-making model of crowdsourcing logistics service under the coopetition threshold. It is found that the network externalities between the demand side affect the pricing and profit of the platform and the supply side. In the case of cooperative decision-making, the platform charges higher registration fees to the demander side, and the profit decreases; the supplier's pricing of logistics and transportation service fees decreased, profits increased, and the overall profit of the two increased.

隨著共享經濟和互聯網平臺發展,實現了社會市場資源信息互享,促進了眾包等商業模式興起。Howe J[1]提出眾包這一新興模式與傳統外包是不同的,基于互聯網平臺的眾包商業模式是指一個公司或機構把過去由員工執行的工作任務,以自由自愿的形式,外包給非特定大眾網絡。隨著眾包模式的普遍應用,眾包在各行各業尤其是以創新為主導的行業中的地位愈發重要。眾包物流主要服務于餐飲、外賣、水果、生鮮、私廚、超市便利店、花店等典型的O2O場景配送。眾包物流的定價決策對眾包物流的發展運營有著極大的影響,近些年,相關方面的研究也越來越多,眾包物流的定價問題也已成為研究的熱點。
由于眾包物流興起時間較晚,許多專家學者對眾包物流的現狀進行分析,有關眾包物流的研究現狀大致分為幾類,分別是綜述類研究、參與行為研究、路徑優化研究、以及眾包物流的定價研究等。……
