高層建筑工程中樁基礎施工技術研究

摘" 要：進入新時代后，我國的經濟得到越來越快的發展，城市化也因此加快建設的步伐，各種高層建筑出現在國內的各個地區。而在具體的工程施工過程中，人們也越來越注重高層建筑的安全性、可靠性與耐久性，作為高層建筑施工的重要部分，樁基礎施工水平會對最終的建筑安全產生直接影響。基于此，該文從高層建筑施工的角度入手，對工程中的樁基礎技術進行重點分析與研究。

Abstract： After entering this new era， China's economy has been more and more rapid development， urbanization has also accelerated the pace of construction， a variety of high-rise buildings have sprung up in various areas of the country. In the process of specific engineering construction， people pay more and more attention to the safety， reliability and durability of high-rise buildings. As an important part of high-rise building construction， the construction level of pile foundation will have a direct impact on the final building safety. Based on this， this paper focuses on the analysis and research of pile foundation technology in the project from the point of view of high-rise building construction.

由于國內城市化的快速發展，為了更好地處理城市用地問題，大多數的建筑都逐漸朝著縱向發展，這也使各種高層建筑不斷出現。這不僅是城市繁榮發展的標志，更是實現社會進步與發展的必然。因此，未來很長一段時間，大部分房屋仍會向高層建筑的方向發展，這也將對目前的建筑技術帶來更多挑戰。隨著建筑樓層的不斷增加，施工難度將會加大，給施工技術人員帶來更大的挑戰。如果某個環節出現問題，勢必會導致項目出現安全隱患。所以，為了增強高層建筑工程的施工質量，就必須在施工過程中做好樁基礎建設。
