Abstract:The “l(fā)iberation of the proletariat” and the “l(fā)iberation of all mankind” are the central threads in the writing ofThe Communist Manifestoby Marx and Engels,and there exists an intrinsic interactive relationship between the two.The “l(fā)iberation of the proletariat” and the “l(fā)iberation of all mankind” are not two separate types of liberation or two liberations,nor are they the so-called first and second stages of liberation;they are completely unified in time and space,and are two inseparable aspects of the process of the proletariat’s pursuit of communism.They are two inseparable aspects of this process and are the concentrated expression of the historical mission of the proletariat.The “l(fā)iberation of the proletariat” is the process and path,and the “l(fā)iberation of all mankind” is the goal and result.

Abstract:Yan’an Spirit was born from the revolutionary practice of Chinese Communists in Yan’an period.As a revolutionary spirit cultivated and formed by the Communist Party of China in the era of national independence and people’s liberation,Yan’an Spirit has been deeply flowing in the cultural blood of the Chinese nation.In the new era,to grasp the generative vein of Yan’an spirit,we should start from the high convergence point of Yan’an Spirit and “two combinations”,deeply analyze the internal basis of its generation,contemporary value and the path direction of its promotion,and take this as an effective cut to carry out theoretical innovation under the new situation,and then deeply understand the important significance of “two combinations” on this basis,making it a powerful spiritual driving force for comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

The Awakening of Youth’s Revolutionary Consciousness in the Central Soviet Area

Abstract:The Central Soviet Area was the location of the CPC Central Committee during the Agrarian Revolutionary War,so it was repeatedly “encircled and suppressed” by the Kuomintang reactionaries.However,the young people’s revolutionary consciousness,which is the main strength of the counter campaign against “encirclement and suppression”,is relatively weak,mainly manifested in their lack of understanding of revolutionary theory,narrow revolutionary vision and weak revolutionary consciousness,which seriously affected the victory of the anti campaign against “encirclement and suppression”.Based on this,the Central Bureau of the Soviet Area guided the youth in the Soviet Area to embark on the revolutionary road from the aspects of revolutionary theory education,class mobilization and revolutionary practice,so as to enhance the revolutionary consciousness of the youth in the Soviet Area.By carrying out youth work,the Central Soviet Area has improved the physical and mental quality and revolutionary level of young people,strengthened the Red Army,and made it gradually move from the edge of the revolution to the center of the revolution,becoming the main group of the revolution.

Abstract:From the perspective of Marxist political economy,the world market and international circulation of capital,which originated from the global expansion of capital,are the fundamental reasons for the formation of economic globalization.The current economic globalization is led by developed capitalist countries in the West.The conflict between capital logic and territorial logic has intensified domestic contradictions which has triggered and facilitated conflicts with some countries that have developed rapidly in the process of economic globalization，leading to a sharp deterioration of the external environment for China’s economic development.From the perspective of economic globalization，building the safe bottom line,improving the quality of development，and adhering to opening up should be the three focus points for us to promote the construction of the dual circulation with domestic circulation as the main part.

Abstract:In the social transformation period of accelerating urbanization and urbanization development,the problem of social noise pollution has become prominent and has risen to become a social problem.Based on the Environmental Noise Pollution Prevention and Control Law,Environmental Protection Law and Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China,this paper analyzes the current legislation,law enforcement and judicial status of the prevention and control of social noise pollution,and proposes legal countermeasures to improve the prevention and control of social noise pollution in view of the main problems existing in the prevention and control of social noise pollution.It provides useful reference and in-depth thinking for relevant legislative,law enforcement and judicial practitioners.
